Kyungsoo's POV

It was awkward

SO DAMN AWKWARD.

It's been about uhm how many minutes... Approximately 20 to 30 minutes, I guess? No one dared to break the awkward silence. I look at him, he looks at me, then we both look away. He looks at me, I look at him then I look away. Damn, why did we turn out to be like this?

"You know, you could've asked me to go with you in that creepy subdivision." I suddenly looked at him, but he was busy driving. He was staring blankly ahead, and I can't help but stare at him continuously.

My heart.
This is not good for my heart.

"Stop staring." He said while giving me a smug face. Oh well, I couldn't do anything about the 'new' Jongin. So I just turned my gaze back on the window, looking at the shops passing by, Hoping that this would just stop. Yes, I want to be with him, but not in a way like this.

I stepped out of the car and slammed the car door. I walked to my front porch quickly. I didn't want him to see me annoyed as hell, but I wasn't expecting him to catch up with me. "Yah, Kyungsoo." He's getting annoying, VERY. I turned around, giving him a glare. "Look, I've had a long day and all I need is a good and satisfying shut eye, so what do you want?" He was silenced for a moment. Great, just great! now all I need is a dramatic moment from this guy over here.

"Kyungsoo-ah, I just wanted to say, uhm... How do I do this..."

I rolled my eyes "Just tell me, will you? so I can get to my beauty sleep!"

"So I... Uhm, you know." he scratched his nape "I was wondering if you could have lunch with me tomorrow?"

What did he just say? Well, I don't have the guts to say no anyway. "Uhm, sure. Lunch time. Where we usually sit."

He was about to say something but I just slammed the door in front of his face. I don't have time for the crap he's about to say, I just want to get some rest.

And so I did.

Time: 12:34 PM
Where: Cafeteria

"I was wondering if you could have lunch with me tomorrow?"

My ass.

Where the hell is he then? Lunch time is about to end but where the hell is he? So much for getting your hopes too high.

"Waiting for someone?" Then I heard a tray placed down beside me

"Suho." I gave him a surprised smile "Why are you here? aren't you going to eat with your friends?" He let out a chuckle then looked at me "Why? aren't you my friend? you don't want me here?

I waved my hands as a sign of disagreement "T-that's not what I mean! I was just asking!" I felt myself blush. I really have to be careful with my words sometimes. "Ah don't worry, I was just fooling around with you." I really thought he was offended, it's a good thing he's nice.

He started to dig in his food, while I don't even have an appetite. My head was hurting like hell. "Yah, who are you waiting for by the way?" Okay, now I COMPLETELY LOST MY APPETITE. "Just... Don't ask about it." He was about to say something but the bell rang, a warning that the students should be back in their classrooms by 10 to 15 minutes.
