Jae's POV

'Jiyeon.' She looked at me and gave me her adorable smile. 'I want to show you something.' Somehow I felt like I had to show her. I didn't even show this to my Day6 members when we went here. I knew I was the only one who came there. It's a very special place.. he always brought me there, my father.

'Hm? What is it?' she cocked her head to the side. 'Let's pay for the food, then I'll show you.'

We walked to the far end of the beach where a lot of rocks began to gather, piling up and forming small mountains of some sort. It took quite a while to get there, the walk to the special place was also quite the long walk. I hope she isn't too tired. I looked over my shoulder to see Jiyeon struggling to walk safely on the rocks. I held her soft hand while walking on the rocks, so that she wouldn't fall. She smiled at the small yet meaningful gesture and we continued walking.

'We're almost there.' I pointed at some plants hanging down from the rocks. Before we reached the entry I turned around. 'Close your eyes.' She blinked a couple of times and pouted. 'I don't want to.' I huffed, my crossed arms showing a sign of 'annoyance'. 'Please Yeonie.' She blinked her eyes a couple of times, surprised by the sudden nickname I never used. I, myself, was surprised as well. I didn't intend to say it out loud. Her stubborn look told me she wasn't going to close her eyes. Fine then. If you want to play like this. A small smirk formed at my lips. In a swift movement I was behind her, back-hugging her so that she couldn't escape me. I put my hand in front of her eyes and smiled at my plan but a bright red blush occurred on my face when I realized I was literally BACK HUGGING her.

Oh god Jae

Jiyeon's POV:

No way I'm going to listen to him. I don't always want to be the submissive one. I gave him a stubborn look and thought I won over him. Until he suddenly got behind me and hugged me, covering my eyes with his hand. J-Jae.. what are you doing? My head felt like it would explode any time soon. Not because of a headache or something, but because of the heat that was almost boiling my face. Fuck, Jae could probably feel it.. Why would I even feel like this? It's not like I'm not comfortable with Jae. Heck we slept in the same bed.. Why does this effect me..?

We didn't move a single muscle for a couple of second. A hoarse cough broke the silence and Jae cleared his throat. 'A-are you ready?' I slowly nod my head and prepare for what I might see. It's probably really beautiful but I can't help but feeling a little anxious because I can't see anything. I felt his free arm pushing away the plants and he led me so that I wouldn't fall.

He sat me down on what felt like a soft cushion. His hand slowly left my face. My vision still had to recover itself. The first thing I saw was Jae's face (No guys not close shht). His melting smile warmed me up at a totally different level today. Yah, what is happening to you Leah. I returned his smile unknowingly and looked around. A furnished cave met my eye. It had simple yet cute wooden furniture, painted white. There was also a huge black curtain blocking something. I pointed at it and looked at Jae, not even asking something but he understood. Although the answer wasn't given. Pff. 'What time is it now?' I looked at my watch and looked back at him. '6PM, why? Is that relevant to the question I asked?' Jae sat next to me and gave me a glance. 'What question? You didn't ask any?' This goofball beside me eye-smiled childishly at me. I just rolled my eyes and gave him a glare.

After a short glare contest, which I definitely won because he seemed like he would burst out laughing any minute, he suddenly stood up after looking at my watch. My questionable look made him chuckle on his way to the black curtain. My head cocked to the side in response and wondered what was up his sleeve this time.

'Jiyeon-ah, what time is it?' 'You just looked at it yourself.' His hand grabbed a hold of the curtain. His head shook in response, telling me I didn't give him the right answer. 'No no. I didn't mean it like that. What usually HAPPENS right now?' What usually.. happens? Hmm.. 'Dinner! Is there a table with food on the other side of the curtain?' Sparkles began to form in my eyes. I realized now that my stomach was growling, begging for food. Jae rolled his eyes. 'Are you really that obsessed with food?' My puffed cheeks and angered eyes were showing my disappointment, but Jae made it up to me in a way I couldn't imagine. 'Sorry kid. But this is much better that food. You ready?'

In a swift movement he pulled the curtain to the side, giving me a view over the ocean. The sky was colored with red, purple, pink, orange and yellow. The ocean reflected the light and the colors of the sky. The sun was almost halfway the horizon. It was a beautiful sight. Birds flew past us, flying to the horizon. A soft breeze entered by the hole that allowed us to see the scenery.

But despite all of this, the only thing I noticed was how the light shined on Jae's face. Warm colors spread all over his face. Shadow and brightness all over his face, making a perfect piece of art. I couldn't help but stare at him. He nudged me over to sit next to him. My response was slow and I quickly snapped out of it. When I sat down next to him he put an arm around me.

I should've pushed him away. I knew I should. But I also knew Joshua and I are OVER. I did it myself. But even when I was thinking about Joshua at that moment, I didn't feel sad. Because I felt the warm presence of Jae. I felt his warmth. I wanted more.

And it made me question everything.
