Hello! My name is hyumji am 6yrs old and I don't know any thing about my parents only that I was left on the door step alone and a mute.
Yep u headed me right I am a mute I kinda know sign language but very little only what I can think it is ,.,.......any way I have always been kept in a room and never really let out because I was always 'disrespectful' when I didn't answer the caretaker or the family that might have wanted me if I wasn't a mute. So here I am yesterday was the 14th family to turn me down because I was a mute and didn't respond to anything they asked me because when they asked me what my name was I didn't know how to sign it so I got up and left to grab a pen and pice of paper so I could write it down for them! But when I came back I saw them laughing and joking with a younger girl thats room was right across from mine I was about to cry since the care taker said that that family was my last chance or I would have been put in the box of shame for a week with nothing to eat only water everyday until she had decided I had learned my lesson. The reason I know so much about it is because I had been there before and that is also how I am so skinny because I was in there every other family that didn't want me after I was being 'disrespectful' towards the family. But the reason they all thought I was being disrespectful was because the caretaker always forgot to mention the fact that I was a mute, to the family. I tried to hold back the tears but it didn't really work they just came down as I silently cried behind the wall watching the family happily adopt the girl (I think her name was lily) and leave. I shut my eyes and cried silently that was until I heard footsteps in front of me....when I open my eyes there stood a man
