CAMERON'S POV
I just left Alyssa and Matt's house and just arrived in front of Courtney's. Earlier today at school, I left Courtney beyond pissed off at me and I couldn't have cared less then and still don't care now. I was done with her, especially after what she started up with that Facebook page bullying Alyssa, along with the rest of the school. She is an evil b*tch and I can't believe I allowed myself to be with someone so demanding and cynical. I didn't deserve to be with someone like that.
I knock on her door taking a deep breath, prepping myself for what I'm about to say. I didn't have a break up planned, I was just going to say whatever came to mind at the time. Either way it's going to leave me with either a crying reaction from her or a even more pissed off, spoiled brat reaction.
She finally comes to the door and smiles when she sees me, hugging me without saying a word. My first instinct was to immediately pry her off me which didn't exactly give me a good reaction as you would guess.
"What's wrong?" She pleads, trying to show me puppy dog eyes.
"Courtney, I don't feel like going through a whole speech so I'm just going to get to the point." I sigh nervously because I was never good at break ups. I hate making people upset.
"Before you say anymore, come in, I want to show you something." She smirks, holding out her hand for me to grab but I wasn't falling for it.
"No, I'm fine out here." I reject, still standing on her front porch outside the doorway, "Courtney, I'm done. We're done."
I watch her face go from complete confidence to disappointment within a second.
"B-but you ca-can't!" She began to tear up a little but it wasn't very convincing.
I knew Courtney could fake cry on cue so I wasn't sure if I should be buying this probable act.
"Also, if you don't take down that Facebook page about Alyssa, I will make you regret it." I say sternly, making her know I was serious.
I didn't know at the time what I would do to her if she didn't take down the page, but I bet Alyssa would have a few ideas.
"So that's why you're leaving me? Because I just made a stupid page? Fine, I'll take it down right here in front of you if you want!" She grabs her phone out of her pocket and I notice her crying has stopped quite quickly. I knew it was an act.
"No Court, that's not the only reason but I don't have to explain the other reasons. You used to be best friends with Alyssa. What happened to that?"
"She was more of just a confidant rather than a friend." She sassily crosses her arms, acting like she was too good for the world.
I shake my head at the ground, laughing in my head, thinking that I used to say 'I love you' to this.... this child! That's exactly what she was. She was so immature about everything she says and does. It's pathetic.
"Goodbye Courtney" I wave her off as I attempt to leave her door step and head back to my car.
"Don't you dare get in that car, Cameron!"
She yells at me from her porch as I open my car door, get inside and smile at her as I drive away. I was finally rid of her and that put nothing but a smile on my face. Especially because I had Alyssa now. My best friend and the most amazing girl I've ever come to know.

ALYSSA'S POV
"You've gotta be kidding me!" I groan as I reach my arm out of the warm blankets, reaching for my annoying phone's alarm going off.
I forgot to turn off the fricken thing permanently since I was doing online school now, which started as soon as I got my books in the mail which who knows when that will be. On that note, that means I have only a couple days off and to myself. What to do exactly while everyone else is at school for half of the day, beats me. Can't talk to really anyone until 2:30, it was 7 am now and I see now use on going back to sleep now.
I ponder in my head on what to do and that's when I spot my laptop on my desk a few feet away from my bed. Since I'm too lazy to actually get out of the covers, I attempt reaching for it without leaving my bed. I stretch as far as I can before my luck runs out and I end up face planting the floor and hitting my head on my night stand. What I wouldn't do for some motivation to actually get up and do things.
After sucking up the pain I just experienced, I get up off the floor and carry my laptop back to my bed and turn on Netflix. As I just about plug in my headphones and choose a show to watch, Matt barges in my room, wide eyed like he seen a ghost.
"What happened? Are you okay?!" He starts flipping out.
"Chill, Matt! I just fell out of bed." I laugh at my stupidity and he copies.
"I should've guessed." he laughs, "Well I'm heading to school now. Want me to pick up anything after school for dinner?"
"I just woke up, how do you expect me to think about dinner right now?"
"Good point. Well text me if you think of anything that sounds good."
"Kay. Have a good day." I smile at him and he smiles back before exiting my room.

It's been about a half hour since Matt left for school and I've been up on my loft, sitting in my huge bean bag chairs, watching Netflix on my TV instead of my laptop. I was currently indulged in my latest obsession, Gossip Girl. I know, I'm pretty late on discovering this show, but hey, there's just so many shows and so little time.
"Alyssa?!" I hear my name being shouted by a familiar male voice from below my loft.
My thoughts immediately were that it was Matt who forgot something at home that he needed for school. I get up and walk over to the railing so I could see over and come to the surprise of Cameron already climbing up the stairs to where I was. A smile is immediately plastered on my face.
"What are you doing here?!" I excitedly hug him once he's reached the top of the narrow staircase.
"Spending the day with my girl! What else?!" He chuckled adorably, making me blush at the sound of him saying I was his girl.
"But don't you have school....?"
"Well yeah, but I'd take spending time with you over school any day obviously."
I roll my eyes and smile leading him to where I was just sitting on the bean bag chair. He sits down first and pats his lap signaling me to sit down. When I obey, I wrap my arms around his neck and rest my head on his shoulder, looking up at him. Tracing his strong jaw structure, his perfect facial features, the way his hair is perfectly messy all the time that it looks good. Everything about him filled me with giddiness.
"What are you doing?" He chuckled looking down at me, taking his eyes off the TV.
"Nothing." I smile and shrug.
"Then what are you smiling at?" He let out another faint chuckle making my cheek vibrate from his deep voice, since I was laying on his chest.
"I'm just so happy." I continue to smile uncontrollably and grab his hand and hold it close to my chest, "You make me so happy."
CAMERON'S POV
As she smiles up at me, I come to think, is it too early to say I already love her?
