Exposed

As we talked and waked around the Island we talked about ways that we could get the Trident back. The Trident was very dangerous and that was why if Zac had the Trident he would need to be stopped. 

"So what do y'all know about the Trident" I asked Serena 

"We know that a really long time ago it was used by mermen to rule Mako. It can cause storms and hurricanes also. It was also used to kill off mermaids." said Serena

"Oh no that sounds terrible"  said Aunt Rikki 

"Yeah If Zac figures out how to use the Trident then that could mean big trouble for all of us and all mermaids" said Lyla 

"Well there is obviously only one place that we can try to find the trident" said Nixie 

"Where would that be" said Serena 

"The Chamber" said Lyla "We can unlock it using a moon ring" 

"Lets go do it then" I said 

We walked around the Island until we got to a solid rock wall. 

"This is solid rock, how are we going to get through?" asked Rikki 

"With this" Serena said as she held up her moon ring to the wall and it opened and made a small doorway 

"Whoa" I said 

"Follow me" Lyla said as she rushed in with me, Aunt Rikki, and Nixie 

As we ran into the golden colored cave we saw a shield with the Trident on it Lyla reached put to the Trident Symbol and it glowed a bright yellow. Then a water replaced the shield with the Trident on it. 

Lyla said "I'll go in and see of the Trident is there you guys wait out here in case the entrance closes" 

Me, My Aunt Rikki, and Nixie waited outside of the water filled wall. Lyla comes jumping out of the wall and says "Were in big trouble the Trident is not there, it's gone" 

"Hurry out" Serena screamed "the ring is losing energy" 

We ran out of the cave and the entrance closed right as everyone was out. 

"That was close" said Nixie 

"It really was" Lyla said 

"So was The Trident there?" asked Serena 

"No it was gone, we have to find out  where it is and who has it" Lyla hissed 

"What dose the Trident do when Mermaids get close?" I asked 

"It glows a bright blue and makes you feel really weak" Serena said 

"I think it might have been at school in someones locker because the other day I was on my way to the bathroom and I walked past a locker and it began to glow a bright blue and I felt really really weak and powerless" I said 

"Did you see what locker number it was?" Asked Nixie 

"I think it was Locker 217 or something like that" I said  

"That's around Zac's locker number" said Lyla

"That is really weird" said Rikki 

"We have to find out more because if he use it in the moon pool it could destroy Mako" said Nixie 

"Do you know another mermaids at you school Niki?" asked Serena 

"My two closest friends Alisha ad Ava are mermaids, we went camping and I told them about me being a mermaid and they wanted to see the moon pool and when I took them there they fell in." I said
