Dove's POV

  There.
In front of me.
Stood him...
Ben.
Yes Ben.
I couldn't believe it, I was scared, happy, worried, excited, many mixed feelings was what I felt.
"...By the way...I'm Dove...Dove Cameron." I said wanting to walk away from him, yet not.
" I'm Ben." He replied.
I smiled.
" I know who you are.." I told him, going into my mal voice, but I soon regret that.
Quickly cover that up!
" You're the king of Auradon." I said.
Nice one!
Ok now just walk away, and don't look back.
I walked in to my dressing room.
Evie looked up from her magazine confused.
" Why do you seem so nervous Dove?" She asked.
" You'll never guess it but I just saw...him...!" I said.
Her eyes widen.
" Wait...Ben...are you sure...maybe it's a mistake!" She said back.
I shook my head.
" It's him..I know it..he even came up to me!" I exclaimed.
She dropped her magazine onto the table and stood up.
" Try to stay away from him as much as possible, we can't let him find out who we our." She stated.
I nodded.
" Oh right I need to change into Liv!" I grabbed the clothes left there and changed.
" Oh, darn it...I'll be back Dove, I left my phone in the car." E said.
" Okay Sof!" I exclaimed.
Walked out and started curling my hair and doing my makeup.

I heard footsteps getting closer, I thought it was Sofia, but it wasn't.
I had just applied my lipstick when I saw in the mirror, a little looking at me, she seemed so excited.
I turned around and her smile widen.
" Hi there, what's your name?" I asked her.
" Hi! I'm Kathleen, I'm your biggest fan!!!!!I can't believe that it's actually you!!!" She exclaimed.
I smiled.
" Why thank you, Kathleen..who brought you?" I questioned her again.
" Oh well that would be..."
" Kathleen!" Ben exclaimed, walking in.
He didn't notice me at first but when he did, he didn't stop looking at me.
" Oh..I'm sorry!" He apologized, probably for walking in.
" It's fine." I reassured.
Kathleen walked closer towards me.
" Could I possibly...have your autograph and a picture with you?" She asked.
" Well of course." I nodded.
She passed me her notebook and a pen, and I signed.
While doing so, something hit me.
She never said what Ben was to her, could he possibly be...her father?
No.
It couldn't be.
It wasn't that long that we left.
She looked 11 possibly 12, so she couldn't be.
Unless she was adopted.
And if she was then Ben was married.
And if that's the case, did he forget about me that quickly.
And if so, did he really love at all when we dated.
Were those words fake.
And if he was married, who was his wife.
Could it be Audrey.
Then, did he still like Audrey, after we dated and Audrey dated Jay.
So many thought that could be...
" Um, Dove, can we take the picture already?" Asked Kathleen.
I nodded.
" I'll take the picture, you can stand behind me, next to my cousin Ben." She said.
Wait.
Did she just say.
Cousin.
Ben.
He wasn't her father.
I sighed, that took so much weight off my chest.
I stood next to him.
I felt so comfortable standing near him.
I felt the warmth, that he always brought to my heart.
Yet.
I couldn't ever feel that again.
Not after what happened.
We could never return.
Even if sadness filled me inside.
I smiled outside, with lots of joy, always making people's day.
The phone clicked.
The photo came out nicely.
I was really close to Ben that are hands would brush against each others.
Which sent shivers up my spine, in a good way.
" Dove can I tell you something." Kathleen said.
I nodded.
" I think that my  cousin Ben likes you." She smiled.
I just stood there, awkwardly.
I noticed that both Ben and I were blushing.
How could he like me?
Does he suspect some thing.
We said nothing.
Until Sofia came in.
" Hey Dove I was..." She stopped, when she saw Ben.
" Oh...I didn't realize that the special guest were here." She smiled.
" Oh my god! It's Sofia Carson, Dove's sister!" Kathleen exclaimed.
Well there breaks the awkwardness.
I turned to see Ben eyeing Sofia.
Oh no.
Maybe he does suspect something.

Yah so I'm pretty sure you heard the news.
I'm still broken, but I'm still going to ship Dovell.
No matter what.
We should be happy for Dove.
If she's happy with......him.
Then we should be happy.
