****ETHAN'S POV****

"I need a Firebending teacher" I said as everyone looked at me.

"Are you sure Ethan? You sure you don't want to train a bit more with earth?" asked Nicolas as he turned his body towards me.

"I think that I've mastered Earthbending already. I think is time to move on to fire".

"If you say so" said Nancy.

"I can be your Firebending teacher Ethan!" Emma exclaimed as she stood up from one of the seats and smiled at me.

"Haha" I laughed, "Yes Emma. You can be my teacher".

"This is SOOOO exciting" Emma said as she pulled me next to her, "I'm going to teach you everything I know!".

"Please do, I need to master Fire".

"Yes Ethan. You will master Firebending in no time. I will be the greatest teacher you will ever meet" she said as she hugged me and looked at everyone in the room.

"Honey, you will be the best" said Nathaniel as he stood up.

"Awww, stop gassing me up Nate" said Emma as she kissed him on the lips.

"Save that for the night" said Nancy as she laughed.

"Haha, look who's talking. You love it when I do that with you" said Nicolas as he hugged her.

"Alright guys" I interrupted, "so we all agree that Emma will be my Firebending teacher?".

"Yes" everyone responded. Including Dylan who was very quiet and isolated.

"Good!" I said back, "we start tomorrow".

They all agreed and I made my way towards Logan. He greeted me with open arms as usual and I wasn't complaining about it. However, Dylan was now getting me worried. I needed to talk to him and at least try to make him feel better.

****NICK's POV****

After the New York incident this past November, my uncle was very paranoid. He ordered the whole bending army to be alert of any attacks. He was constantly surrounded by benders.

In addition to all of this, most the public was not very happy with everything that was happening. There were protests everyday outside the White House plus the deaths threats we received in a daily.

I needed a break from all of this. The media, the people, the city. All of that was making its way up my head. I was going crazy!

I was way to young to be going through all of this pressure. I couldn't even sleep at night. The thought of just constantly being in danger drove me insane.

That's why I asked my uncle for a break.

"I need a break Uncle" I said as I entered his office.

"Nonsense" he responded as he turned his chair to face me.

"I'm stressed Uncle. All of this is driving me crazy. I need some time alone in the wild".

"Bullshit. I need you right here in case anything goes out of plan" he responded.

"But Uncle-".

"Enough!" he responded.

"Uncle, I'm warning you. If I don't get a break, you wont see me again".

He stood up and walked towards me. I was terrified, I didn't want to get on his bad side.

"Fine! You get two months off! But this is the last time you threaten me Nick. Do not get out of line ever again". He stared at me with his big dead eyes for a couple of seconds. Then he made his way towards his chair, "Now get out of my sight!".
