WARNING! SPOILERS TO FIRE EMBLEM BIRTHRIGHT BELOW!

"SQUAK!" Bellowed a crow from outside your window. "Ahh, I forgot how much I DON'T miss these stupid birds in the morning." You thought. You got up, stretched your arms skyward and yawned. "Gods, why does my back hurt so-" You looked down and remembered you slept on the ground. "Oh." You decided it was about time to get up and open the curtains to wake Takumi up. Even though it wasn't his fault, you were still pissed at him for 'making you sleep on the ground.' As you stood up, you gently, yet forcefully, pushed him over as a gesture of disapproval. You could here him groan as he turned back over on his side. You opened the curtains. You had forgotten about the sheer lack of light in the morning here.
"(Y/N)... It's so early still. Why are you awake?" Takumi asked sleepily.
"Remember? We're in Nohr. We receive less sunlight here." You responded lazily, for you assumed he would at least remember that about her home country. "Y'know, I could get used to it being dark like this all the time." Takumi said as he sat up. You smirked. "What a sleepyhead." You thought.
Creeeeak. A sound came from the hallway, obviously a door opening. Takumi got up and quickly stood beside you at the window.
"Honestly, Takumi, why are you so scared?" You asked genuinely. "It's not like there's anyone or anything specific to be scared of here." You slid your right hand into his left reassuringly. He acted hesitant, but clearly appreciated the gesture. "I'm not scared.. Ok fiiine. Maybe I'm a little scared, but honestly I don't know what I'm scared of." He confirmed.
"That's strange." You replied rather harshly. Not much went on outside the window, in the courtyard. It was getting boring to look at, but nonetheless you continued to look out,
"It's actually a little shameful, you know." He said with a look of concern in his eyes. You only looked back it him with a kind smile and hugged him. Although he had never asked for that, you knew that is what he wanted, deep down inside. "Ah-Oh no!" Takumi gasped.
"Takumi, what's wrong?" You said as you looked out the window to where his eyes had drifted to. Outside the window was a frantic-looking Felicia chasing after a sketchy man carrying a young child with light blue hair. Shigure. The last you had of Azura.
