i look at you like you are the stars in the night sky, twinkling like you're cheering me on. i look at you like you are the moon, you give me a bright glow when dark surrounds. i look at you with such adoration. but you don't look at me the same way.
i speak to you like you gave me life, saying words that show my love and gratitude for bringing me up everytime this cruel world brings me down. but you don't speak to me the same way.
i love you like no else does, i love you as if you also love me too. i love you like a bear loves his honey, a dog to its bone, a kid to his candy, a woman to her man. i love you but you don't love me the same way.
