A/N: First of all... I AM SO SORRY FOR NOT UPDATING FOR MORE THAN 6 MONTHS! I'M HORRIBLE I KNOW! BUT FOR VANISHING LIKE THAT WITH NO GOOD ENOUGH APPARENT REASON I AM GOING TO UPDATE EVRY OTHER DAY TILL THE END OF MAY! I GUARANTEE IT! SORRY AGAIN. LOVE YOU HAHA

*Jillian's POV*

"So I'll see you later babe?" Logan, my boyfriend ask then kissed me on the cheeks as I smile up at him.

"Yeah, be a good boy okay?" I gave him a wink and walk off towards the coffee shop where me and my best friend Lily decided to hang out after school.

I saw Lils staring outside the window looking at me. I waved at her but she returned it with a forced smile I knew her too well to know that she's faking it.

I entered the store and went directly at her table, occupied beside the glass window.

"Hey, spill. What's the problem?" I ask concern.

Lily looked at me through her lashes and smile sadly at me.

"I'm not going to beat around the bush 'cause that just sucks but Jils what I'm about to tell you would offend you and probably be angry at me.."

"Spill it" I arch an eyebrow at her and pretend to look intimidating.

But I feel my heart beating loudly.. This is a serious situation.

She sighed and made eye contact with me.

"Logans cheating on you" she said worry evident in her eyes.

I look at her emotionless making Lily worry more. You see its bad that I show negative emotions but its worse not to show emotions at all.

"Jils, Jillian, I know it's hard to believe.. I saw how he looks at you, but please believe me Jils. I'm your best friend and I'm only looking after you. I saw Stacey and Logan kissing outside Stacey's house last night and believe me I was about to throw stones at them but I know you wouldn't approve of that and thought it wasn't worth it. Jils he's not worth it. I love you and please believe me." She rambles as she frantically moves her hands everywhere. She does that as a habit when she's nervous or trying to prove a point. But right now it's both.

"I believe you.." I sighed looking at my intertwined hands on my lap.

"Oh thank God! I thought I needed to punch you for you to believe me but-- hey" Lily stopped looking at my down self.

"He was distant to me this past few days and keeps vanishing or making up excuses to leave. Today he was supposed to ride me home but I told him I was going to meet you up here he was more than happy to leave me" I said shaking my head.

"Wow just wow" I whisper to myself still staring at the table infront of me.

That's why! That's the answer to my questions. How can I be so naive to not notice it sooner?

"Jils..." Lily trailed off softly to me trying to reach for my hands.

I looked up to her, adverting my gaze from the table.
