Chapter 9

Janice POV

I was in school waking with Tiana and Bernalise to lunch. 

"Bitch oh my gosh you are glowing, you got the dick didnt you?" Tiana asked me. I laughed and pushed her arm.

"For the last time no, i didnt. We just um, making things official between us," I said and they giggled and cheer with glee. 

"I'm so happy for the two of you, he's a good man for you Niece," Bernalise said. "I agree i wish Bryson wasnt such a dick and asshole, i wish you were with him. You guys would of been perfect together but now this nigga is gay. Damn, sorry for hima nd he lost a good ass friend for life. Maybe the love of his lfe as well," Tiana said and I sighed. I wasnt worried about Bryson anymore, I really didnt have anymore words to say to him but to ask him why. JUST WHY. 

As school ended and I was walking to my car, I was pulled to the side by Bryson. I really didnt want to see him right now.

"What do you want?" I asked him. "I want to talk to you," he said.

"You werent saying that when you put your hands on me some kind of friend you are," I said and he rolled his eyes. 

"How long are you going to throw this shit in my face?" he asked me. "You know what, fuck you, I'm done with this shit. All i want to know is why, why the fuck out of all people would you put your hands on the main person that loves you and care for you. I always had your back and never let you down. I want to hear this shit of an excuse to. If you cant give me a good reason of why you hit me than dont bother saying anything to me at all, " I said and he just looked at me. Not a single word came out his mouth. 

"Have a nice life Bryson," I said as i walked away and left. I didnt have the time nor the strength to be going through this shit right now. 

I was pulling up to my house when i see another car in the drive way. i didnt know this car so when I opened the door all i can hear was yelling. 

"You need to leave I dont know why are you here," my dad said. "You know exactly why the hell im here, where  is she and you better tell me," a woman said. 

"You heard him the first time get the fuck out," Patience said pushing the woman and she pushed Patience back making her almost fall. I got in the middle of it and pushed the woman back. 

She just looked at me and soften her eyes. "Janice," she said and i just looked at her. "You remember me right? I'm your mom, your real one," she said to me. When she said real, she looked at Patience. 

"Listen i dont care who you are but you dont hurt my family. You dont even deserve to be here you had your chance with me and you gave me up. You had me in the damn rain, I could of got sick or even worse. I could of been stolen but no, you didnt care you wasnt ready to be a damn parent. What makes you different from now? You dont know what it was like for me, I had to struggle to find how to have a mother's love. I needed my mother and you left me. How could you do that to me and you sent someone after me to get me? Are you kidding me? GET THE FUCK OUT!!!!" I yelled as tears pour from my eyes. I ran out the house and drove myself to Cris house. I didnt know where else to go. When I got there, I knocked on his door for I dont know how long but when someone answered the door swung open. 

"What? Oh my gosh Janice, come in sweetheart," his mom said when she saw me. I was crying a mile a minute I didnt know what to do. The woman that gave birth to me finally came and after all this bullshit, she finally wants me. Fuck out of here. I dont need you nor do I want you in my life.

"Cris, Cris," his mom yelled and he came running down the stairs. "What, what is it...... Janice, baby what happened?" he asked coming to me and hugging me. "She came, she came," I said and he knew what I meant. 

"Mom she's gonna stay for the night ok," he said and his mom nodded. He took me up to his room and all I did was cry, cry and cry. I didnt sleep, I couldnt sleep. I didnt know what to do other than just cry.
