"Hey leave the bathroom" Gwen called to her sister, wanting her turn to soak in the bath tub,practice today wasn't good,in fact it was right down embarrassing. As she thought of it,her cheeks blazed,the memory was particularly flattering.
"I thought I would have gotten a better match than this" Lucas told her while standing in front of her.
"It isn't over ,now is it" she replied her tone clipped,as she helped herself up.

"No it isn't,but if you want more setting down,am up for it" he replied,looking pleased that he got to punch her around for a few more minutes.
Gwen managed to get in some few punches but it wasn't anything compared to what she received, she was sure she was going to be black and blue for the rest of the week,Lucas cut no corners,and didn't hold back considering the fact that she was a female.

"Are you ready to call it quits?" Lucas taunted,what would she give to wipe out that smug look from his face.
"Ugh" she wasn't able to complete her sentence when Sophia interrupted.
"Well that was fairly entertaining, let's leave her here,am sure she can't do worse than that" she said while looking Guinevere from head to toe,and deciding she wasn't anything worth attention.

"No,am not" Gwen gritted out,to think she almost came to giving up,even if she was bruised up for the rest of the year ,she won't leave here looking like a coward.
"What did you say?" He asked.
"You heard me right," she replied and growled at Sophia.
"When you are done here darling,call me" Sophia told Lucas and kissed him right on the lips in front of Guinevere, as though showing claim of ownership and she walked away swaying her hips.
"Are you done lover boy?" Gwen asked ,suddenly feeling like beating someone up.

It was as though a crazy person had talked over Gwen's body,she stopped being on defense and charged towards him,all her rage towards Sophia was channeled into her fists,soon Lucas didn't look as good as he did before,but still in better shape than Gwen.
"Hey kids break it up" coach Justin called towards them.and to think she was just getting into this combat stuff.
"Not so smug now?" Gwen asked,raising up one of her eyebrows.
"I underestimated you" was all he said as he walked away.
Right there and then ,Gwen promised to best Lucas at physical combat what ever it took.

"Snap out of it" Tonia said to her sister as she walked out the bathroom,breaking her sister's reverie.
"What were you doing in there,bleaching your skin?"Gwen asked her sister.
" hahaha,very funny "she replied, as she walked away,leaving room for gwen to enter the bathroom.
Tonia stared at her reflection,thinking back to what happened at the training ground that day.
" c'mon,I expected more than this from you"Erica whispered straight into her ears,but before Tonia could do anything,she wasn't there again,puff,she comes and goes.
Soon Tonia was knocked off her feet with Erica standing right in front of her.
"Thats okay Erica" Jeff called out to Erica to stop.
"Awww,I was just getting started" Erica whined.
"She's just a novice,we can't expect better" Jeff replied .
"What did you just say? Tonia asked,still annoyed from earlier in the day.

" you heard him novice"Erica replied.it was though her last statement just pulled the trigger on Tonia's rage. She couldn't explain it or say how it happened all she knew was that Erica was screaming and she took perverse pleasure in hearing scream and shout.she wasn't actually burning but her head felt like it. Tonia just grinned while watching her squirm .
"Toni enough" Jeff told her.
"Why?she deserves it" Tonia replied,turning up the heat in her head,Erica was on overdrive,running about but nothing seemed to take the burn away.
"Toni stop" Jeff said again,and when it looked like she wasn't going to pay attention to whatever he said,he came close and held her.

"What are you doing?" Tonia asked ,she couldn't control her powers it was as though,someone had taken control over them.
"What does it look like am doing,am stopping this madness" he replied,Erica had stopped screaming and running.some of the other sect members helped her up taking her away.
"You are controlling my power?" Tonia screamed.
"You just figured that out?" He raised an eyebrow to her comment.
"Stop" she told him,hating this feeling of helplessness
"Not until you calm down"
"Calm down,calm down" she repeated ,"you are asking me to calm down,all this is your fault"she replied,her anger rising up again,and this time she directed it to the root of her frustration Jeff.
"You are just been a dumb head again,I didn't cause anything Toni." he told her calmly.That's the straw that broke the Camel's back for tonia.
"The name is Antonia or t-o-n-i-a ," she spelt out for him,soon even he couldn't control her rage,he had never seen anything like that,he could control or channel or access most organic life forms powers or energy,but what erupted from Tonia at that moment was (jaw drops)no word for it.

He quickly let go of her ,so as not to get short circuited ,she looked amazing, her hair was glowing as though it was on fire and her eyes took on an unusual shade of green,she looked wow, for someone that was currently try to incapacitate or do bodily harm to him she was quite stunning. She created a ring of fire around them,and it balzed higher as she looked at him,while spelling her name.
When he backed off,it was as though she suddenly realized what she was doing and the light faded from her eyes,and the fire around them died out.
"Am sorry" was all she said as she left him standing there .

"So how was practice?" Gwen asked her,on leaving the bathroom,snapping her out of reverie.
"You wouldn't believe it" she replied,although they were in the same field,it was big enough that the sects do not come in contact with each other during their practice time.
"Try me" Gwen replied ,and she told her sister all that happened that day on the Field, her feelings of anger,rage,helplessness, perverse pleasure in watching Erica scream,and above all the feeling of power that she had.
"I don't know what came over me,but all I do know was that when my rage was spent ,I felt very weak and dizzy" Tonia told her sister.
"Wow,although my day isn't quite as power filled as yours,it sure left me sore" and so Gwen recounted her day to her sister.
The both talked late into the night,trying to find a moment of normalcy in this very strange and crazy world they found themselves in.
