Lauren POV

I lay across the couch my legs throw across Louis’s lap. His fingers run up and down my calf leaving a trail of goose bumps on my skin. I glance up from my book and see that he’s got his phone out snapping a picture on his phone. I smile blushing and look back down at my book quickly. He chuckles and I feel his hand on my thigh. I glance up at him and he’s staring at the t.v. absentmindedly tracing patterns on my leg. I smile lightly and turn back to my reading.

“What are you reading?” He asks. I look up to meet his curious eyes.

“Harry Potter. I’m a nerd I know.” I say blushing. He chuckles.

“It’s okay. I like you just the way you are nerd and all.” He says and I roll my eyes. I continue reading and I feel his phone vibrate against my leg. He gently moves them over and pulls out his phone before pulling my legs back onto his lap. “Hey Ashton from 5SOS is in town doing something I don’t even know and he was wondering if he could come over.”

“Yeah that’s fine you two can hang out and catch up. Kayle and I can go do something together.”

“oh.” He says his face falling. “I was hoping you could stay here and hang out with us.”

“um if you’re sure you want me to. I mean Kayle’s the only one who knows about our uh relationship I wasn’t sure if you wanted Ashton to know.”

“I really don’t care who knows in our group of friends Lauren. I just don’t want the paparazzi to start shit. I just want to protect you and the kids.” He says placing his hand on my stomach. I smile and put my hand over his.

“I’ll stay. I hope Ashton likes me.” I say nervously. He laughs and scoots closer to me lifting me up so I’m setting on his lap.

“He’ll love you. What’s not to love? You’re amazing.” He says and leans forward kissing me gently on the lips. I smile and cup his cheek in my hand holding his lips against mine. He smiles against my lips and wraps his arms around me. I stand up and he keeps his hands on my hips. I straddle him setting on his lap my growing stomach separating us. I sigh and wrap my arms around his neck.

“This will be much easier when I’m not pregnant anymore.” I say with a small smile. He smirks and kisses me roughly. I smile and he sucks my bottom lip in between his teeth tugging gently making me groan. He pulls back and buries his faces in my neck his lips pressing against my skin gently. He sucks on my neck hard and I sigh. A knock on the door interrupts our make out session. He sighs angrily and pulls away kissing me lightly before plopping me back onto the couch before stomping off to answer the door. I giggle at his anger about being interrupted.

“I heard that.” He calls with a chuckle. I smile and he opens the door he grins hugging the boy who stands in the doorway. “Ashton long time no see.”

“Hey Lou. How’s it going? I heard you’re a dad now congrats.” He says before stepping inside the apartment. His eyes land on me and I grin and wave. He smiles and winks at me. My eyes widen and flash to Louis. His jaw is clenched and he is trembling. “Whose this Lou? You didn’t tell me you knew a super model.”

“This is Lauren my… Uh” He says looking at me anger obvious in his face. I stand up and walk over taking his clenched fist and forcing my hand into his.

“I’m his girlfriend. Nice to meet you Ashton.”

“His girlfriend? Moving on a little fast aren’t you Lou.” He says crossing his arms and leaning against the wall staring at Louis.

“That is none of your business Ashton.” I snap and they both stare at me in shock. Ashton winks at me and Louis stiffens beside me I release his hand wrapping both my arms around his waist to calm him down. “Maybe we should watch a movie or something.”
