*RECAP: Ava's parents left for two weeks and she's home by herself. Her cousin Brooke convinces her to go to a party with her and they just arrived. *

We squeezed through the crowd of smokers on the porch and walked into the party. " Stay close to me until I find Tess!" She shouted over the loud speakers that were blasting Me, Myself, and I by G- Eazy as she navigated the way through the hordes of a million people.
This party is literally nothing but solo cups and drunk fools.
" Ohmigosh, go best friend, that's my best friend, that's my best friend!", a slightly drunken Tess hollered from the table she was standing on.
" You started the party without me I see.," Brooke jokingly scolded as we found our way to the table.
" See the way things was set up, I was kinda forced to because I had to stall you know who for you." Tess explained, whispering the last part of the sentence and pointing at who I guess was the captain of the lacrosse team.
" Hey Tess", I greeted, not wanting to be rude and not speak.
She turned her head and studied my face,
" Who is this?", she loudly muttered to Brooke, " Wait a minute... Is this that one girl from that one place that I can't remember right now?"
" No, It's Ava!", I laughed.
" Ohmigosh, Shut the front door!" She hollered, "Little Ava, I could hardly recognize you! Look at you!" she cooed pulling me into hug.
I stood there awkwardly until she let me go.
"Well that was a nice reunion!" she chimed in. She scooped out the scene, looking for someone.
" Hey guys", she called to the group of people by the drink table, "Let's play Never Have I Ever!"
There was a series of okay's and yeahs before everyone, including me and Brooke, Everyone got in a somewhat circle. Some sitting on chairs, most on the ground, and just those odd number of people sitting on each other's laps. I recognized a most of the people from school like Madison Adams, Stephanie Torres, James.. whatever his last name is, Bryce Phillips, and some people I just see around in the hallways.
" Ok guys, so first person to go is me duh, so hands up! And rules are that we all ask questions and if you did the action then you put one finger down." Tess sneers.
We all put both hands up and most of the girls wiggled their ten fingers. She looked around at everyone in the circle before picking her question
" Ummmm lets pick something easy first... never have i ever... skipped school!"
Everyone's finger except mine's and Madison's went down. Everybody glared at us disapprovingly for like 3 seconds before someone said something.
" Well looks like we got us a pair of goody goodies", James whatever his last name is teased, making everyone except me and Madison erupt into laughter.
I shot him a death glare so intense, it would've killed Thor and he can't even die. He got the point real quick and laid back in his seat.
"Ok, next question.. Never have I ever.. Gotten drunk and passed out."
