Chapter 17 - Closer Than Ever

Amelia's p.o.v

After the concert, we had gone back to the dressing room. Everyone was high fiving and cheering. "You guys were amazing out there" Chloe said "even if I was watching from the Merch table" she giggled. "I saw you from stage and you still looked beautiful" Mikey said to her, coming up to her and holding her. Everyone awed as they continued to reminisce about to the concert that just happened. We went through the back of the venue to escape the crowd of fans that were probably much larger out the front. The security guards opened the doors and come to find there was a large group of girls and guys waiting for MCR and FIR to come out. Once they saw the door open they all screamed and flashes begun to blind me. "Stay close hun" I heard Gerard say to me as we stepped out together from inside.

"OH MY GOD GERARD I LOVE YOU SO MUCH" "RONNIE SIGN MY BOOBS PLEASE" "FRANK CAN I GET A PICTURE PLEASE" there were all these comments being screamed and some of them were sexual. I laughed to myself seeing I was closer to the bus when I was grabbed by the wrist. I quickly turn around and find that a girl that looks about my age is gripping my wrist. "Excuse me, please let me go" I said politely. "Stay the hell away from them. You're nothing but a distraction. I bet you're sleeping with him just for the money" the girl said, stepping closer to me. "Back up dude, I don't even know you and you're here having a death grip on me" I said trying to get my wrist out of her hard grip. I felt as if every other person in the group had turned and started closing in on me. I started to breathe heavy as I continued to try to get out of there. "Over my dead body" she said and then I felt my head turn sharply and felt a stinging sensation on my face. I turn back around to look at the girl and she had turned and ran away. "WOAH ! Someone get that girl what the fuck! Are you okay Amy?" Ronnie said coming up to me. "Y-yeah I'm fine. Lets just go" I said, tears brimming my eyes as I turned around and walked onto the bus.

I get on the bus and go straight for the bathroom. I close the door behind me and look at myself in the mirror. My cheek was red and had a small scratch from her fingernail. Fuck I didn't really think about being hit or anything trying to be in a relationship with someone who at first I didn't know was famous. There was a knock at the door. "Amelia? Babe open up" Gerard said from the other side of the door. I open the door and he slides in (TO MY DMS lemme stop) and shuts the door. "Are you alright? I heard what happened, Ronnie told me but I wasn't able to see it" he said, touching my cheek softly. Even with his touch I whined a bit, backing away from his hand "I'm fine. She just didn't want me to be with you because 'I'm only here for the money' " I said , looking down. "Babe" Gerard begun, picking my head up with both hands "you know I love you with all my heart and I truly know that you're not using me for the money". He stopped and kissed my forehead. I sighed "I know. I just I hate the fact that fans think that. I love you with all I have and I could give a rats ass about your money" I said looking at him straight in the eyes. "I mean it'd be awful if you were using me for my money because I barely make anything" he said. I giggled. "There's the Amy that I like. The giggling one. The cutie" Gerard said smiling at me. "I'm not cute" I said leaning into him. "You're fucking cute don't say you're not" he said, leaning in and placing his lips on mine. We stayed there for a couple seconds until he pulled away. "I love you so much. I'm always going to be here to love you and care for you no matter what okay?" Gerard said, placing his forehead against mine. I smiled "okay"

We exited the bathroom and first heard Ryan say something, "I truly hope you guys did not try and make babies in there because 1. I go in there to shower and pee and 2. That's just a really fucking small space" he said. "Of course we tried to. You know it" I said, winking at him. He faked gagged and everyone laughed at him. "You okay little sis?" Ronnie asked, looking at me. "Yeah I'm fine. Don't worry" I said smiling at him. "I swear to god if I saw her, I would've hit her" Chloe said putting her hands up and throwing jabs. I laughed, "it's okay Chloe, I'm fine now and I'm here!" I sat down and Gerard pulled me into his lap and kissed my neck. "Lets play so celebratory music shall we?" Ronnie said smiling and blasting music on the bus. I started laughing at Ryan and Jacky dancing and I reached for my phone in my pocket to record them  but it wasn't there. Weird "I think I left my phone in the venue. I'm going to go get it" I said. "You sure you don't want any of us to come with you?" I heard Mikey say. "No it's okay! I'll be back in a minute or two" I said, smiling back at them and racing off the bus and into the venue.

I reached the dressing room and saw it was still on top of the table infront of the couches. I reached down and grabbed it. Once I had it in my hands, all the lights shut off throughout the whole venue. "Hello?" I said and I heard the door open and close. I turn frantically trying to focus my eyes on at least something. The emergency lights came on and I turned around to see a guy that I had recognized and felt him put his hand on my mouth. "Make a sound and you're done" the person said to me. He made me drop my phone and pushed me out the venue. We reached around the corner and there was a van. "I want you to get in" he said. I got a good look at his face. I recognized him but I don't know from where. "NOW. GET IN" he screamed. I hesitated while getting into the back of the van but saw him close the door behind me. He stopped the door and looked at me up and down smirking and licking his lips. "Welcome to your new life baby. Gosh you look so much more beautiful now than you did then" he said while closing the door, leaving me in pitch black. I reached around to feel the cold metal walls of the van around me and heard a small laugh. "You're never going to leave now, Amelia" I heard a voice say before a cloth was placed on my mouth and nose. I tried to scream and kick but I slowly drifted into darkness. The last thing I heard was laughter and the engine starting before I was consumed by the darkness.

THIS IS SORTA SHORT BUT SORTA LONG?? IDK I HOPE ITS NOT The reason as to why it's so short is because I just started this book back up so it's like sorta an update in a way?? But yeah lol. The next chapter will be extra long and super suspenseful (I'm hoping)

I missed you guys so much! I'm so sorry I took so much time off. So much has changed in my life I can't begin to deceive everything. I was so distracted by that I forgot about this book. Also, I had begun writing a draft to this chapter but it got deleted 🙃🙃 like what ??? And it was really really long I was so pissed. BUT ! I really hope you enjoyed this chapter and there is more to come, maybe a smut scene in the next couple chapters 😏😉
