Trapped

I was getting back home on the bus as I normally do. I've used the bus for, I don't know how long, so I usually use it as my main way of transportation if I don't have my car.

The bus was suppose to be here in ten minutes, so I had some time to spare. Unfortunately for me, I had to use the restroom. It doesn't sound bad, I know, but the this station wasn't to far away from a bar and I didn't want to run into anyone hungover. I felt the overwhelming need to go and gave in to the urge. Regret rained over me as I stood up to go to the restroom.

When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was the horrific smell. It smelled like trash and alcohol mixed together. So that gave me another reason to leave as fast as possible. The restroom also looked in bad shape with its chipped floor tiles and walls. I entered a stall and became sure no one else was in the restroom. I did my business and walked out quickly towards the sinks and broken mirrors on the wall. The coast was clear for a while and I felt confident I was going to leave without unwanted attention. But then, a man walked in.

He was taller then me, had a stronger build then me, and was obviously more drunk than me. His eyes were squinted, possibly from having to get use to the sudden bright lights in the restroom. I looked at him though the mirrors as I proceeded to wash my hands -pretending I didn't notice him walk in. "Hey's" I heard him say from behind me. Thoughts of wither I should respond lingered into my mind. "Umm, hi" I responded back awkwardly. I took a paper towel and dried my hands, as I refused to use the automatic dryer since the man was standing directly behind it. He laughed and swung his arm around my shoulder. "What's your's name?" he asked staring into me. I could see the dullness in his eyes and smell the strong whiskey, liquor, whatever is was.

"Red" I lied firmly. I knew for sure that giving him my real name was just dumb, even if I used my dumb 'in game name' nickname.

"Oh's yeah," he said his sentence in sarcasm. "And my's name is the Barney." I'm sure through his broken English, he just meant 'Barney', not 'The Barney'. That's what I guessed anyways. Seeing how I was already caught with my fake name already, I just decided to wing it and try to leave. "Alright, but I should really get going" I said determined to leave. I made a b-line towards the door, but Barney beat me too it and blocked the door with his back against it; preventing escape.

"Wait's wait's" he said drunkly. "I's wants to's talk to's you's." Barney lurked closer to me as I gulped in worry. "You went restroom, so you must have to go?" I asked trying to get him distracted. "No's," he then grabbed me full of force and pinned me to the wall. "I'ms alright."

Sweat littered my palms as he grabbed them and pinned them down along with body. I felt as if I had no control over anything and my attempts to get him off me were useless. "Look, all I want to do is go home" I pleaded trying my best to not sound terrified. He just laughed again as we stared at each other in complete silence. "I'ms nice I's promise" Barney told me with a sweet smile that showed his perfect teeth. I was feeling a bit more comfortable, but not completely.

I felt myself shake as Barney took hold of my chin. I felt time stop for a spilt second before he kissed me gently. My eyes widened as his lips melted into mine. Goosebumps crept over me as he slipped his tongue in my mouth and I felt my body go limp. Even if he was drunk and would probably pass out later and never remember, he kissed me so soft. It didn't feel forced anymore as I just let it happen. I started to think how he would normally act. If he was sweet, nice, lovable, caring, gentle when not in this drunken state. My face grew red as I felt his tongue in my mouth. Something about this made me feel so safe. Barney then felt near my stomach and slid his hands down slowly to my legs. A moan of pleasure escape from me as I blushed more deeply.

Barney let go and smiled at me, while I just stared at him, unable to mutter a word about the situation. "You'res cute" he told me, putting one finger on each of my cheeks and kissing my nose. With his kind smile imprinted into my brain, he waved to me then left. He walked out as if 'the kiss' never actually happened. My face was still glowing brightly as I stood still; collecting my thoughts. My speechlessness continued while I exited the bathroom.

The outside air felt chilling. Shivers crept on my skin as I pulled up my hoodie and dug my hands into my jacket pockets. The bus was already down the road so I only could only settle down for a moment. Bright lights were approaching closer as the bus had made its way
towards me. Ear shattering creeks could be heard as the bus stopped. I got up and reached into my pocket to pay, but something felt different. After I payed the driver, I sat down on a window seat with no one and looked though my pocket. I took out a crumbed piece of lined paper with text written on it in blue pen. It had "John a.k.a Barney" written on it with a phone number and doodles of red heart. Was he even that drunk? Was he faking it? No. I groaned in my confusion. Still blushing embarrassed of myself, I put my face in my hands. I knew I was going to text him for some stupid reason. No matter how awkward I may be, Barney looked really cute.
