Meet Me, Loren!

Chapter 1

"Today is the day!" You told yourself as you got ready. All your life you just wanted to feel like you belonged to someone, but never found the right one. You loved your boyfriend but still wasn't sure if he was the right one, plus all your friends and your brother thought he was a little to touchy feely if you know what I mean.

"LOREN!" You hear your mom call you from downstairs, "You're tutor is here."

Ugh you hate your tutor, he is such a creep. You were home schooled because you were somewhat famous and your mom and dad were overprotective. You quickly put your hair up into a high pony tail and headed downstairs. Your tutor, Ethan, was waiting at the bottom of the staircase for you. When you reached the bottom he smiled and said how beautiful you were today. You rolled your eyes and sat at the table to get the session over and done with. Half way through you felt Ethan's eyes burning the side of your face, when you looked up he smiled and you gave the "leave me alone look" which quickly wiped the smile off his face.

Then your mom came in with snacks, "I thought you guys might be hungry with all that new stuff your learning about." Your mom said.

"Oh, I learned this last year because I have honors, but it's good to refresh my mind." Ethan said with a smile.

Your mom laughed while you mumbled, "Kiss up," under your breath.

Your mom caught your words while she quickly slapped your arm which made you let out a loud painful yelp. Ethan put down his head which you feel bad, just as you were about to put your hand on his shoulder to apologize your phone started to ring. It was your best friend, you quickly answered because you knew it was something good.

"Help Liz!" You said.

" Gurlll! Get your bathing suit on we are going to the hottest party of the year!" Liz yelled through the phone, which was so loud that Ethan could hear the conversation.

"I'd love to but I'm doing school right now." You sadly said looking at Ethan while he quickly went back to doing his work.

You hung up the phone and started working when Ethan said, "Sorry you can't go to your party."

"It's fine." You say politely.

As soon as you get back to doing your work.
Your mom come in saying, "Not meaning to ease drop, but I don't mind you going to the party."

You were so shocked because you usually had to lie or sneak out to go to a party, "Really! Omg yes, thank you so much mom!"

As you went to hug her she quickly started talking again which made you stop in your tracks and freeze.

"But only if you take Ethan with you." She said. Your eyes widened as you began to laugh you felt Ethan get up.

"It's alright, it doesn't bother me and plus I don't have a bathing suit." He said.

"Yea mom, see!" You say as you give your mom puppy dog eyes.

"It's okay Ethan it wasn't a choice and you can use Loren's brothers bathing suit." Your mom says as she ignores your look.

You slap your hand on your forehead and rolled your eyes as you and Ethan clean up and go upstairs to change and get ready for the party.
