Chapter 19

'Sir, I've already booked us a ticket.' Said my secretary, Miko who's standing right in front of me.

'Thanks, Miko.' I just said. I'm busy right now. I need to checked all the papers in front of me before leaving. My cousin will be the one to take over all of this. I've already trained him. And I will be the one incharge of our business in the Philippines. This is how I spend my day here. Meetings, business trips and seminars, planning and making presentations. I don't even had a single time for my self. My friends often call me but I never had the time to talk to them. And here I am right now, instead of strolling around to look for a lot of pasalubong they're asking, I am sitting here all day long. If I'm not facing my laptop, I'm facing papers. Ghad! I'm tired but there's nobody to handle it.

'Sir, anything for lunch?' Miko asked. Oh! I didn't even noticed the time.

'Just go on Miko. I'm good.' He nodded and left. I'm not hungry yet.

This is my last day here. Tomorrow, I'm leaving.

I laid my back on my chair and closed my eyes. I massage my temple. Atlast I'm done. I rested for a while and get my things. I need some fresh air.

I leave the building and drove my car away. Miko knows what to do.

I parked my car on the sand, I was on the beach. This isn't a secret but this is a peaceful place for me. The sun started to settle down. All too well, I will be home.

It's been a year since I left without telling her. I have no idea or even just a single information about her. I wan't to settle everything when I came back. I wan't us to be real. No disguise anymore. You can call me stupid for keeping what I'm feelin' for her. I was blinded by hatred and not into the point of entering relationship again. I was already here when I thought I was inlove with her. I don't know how. I don't know why and when. It just happened. I just felt it. How I wish I was with you all day long. I'm sorry for leaving you without any warning. I hope you could still remember me. I hope you will forgive me. I've missed all the day that we're together. Your beautiful smile and laughed that sounds music to my air. All your mischievousness and fancy jokes. The way your hair covered your beautiful face as the wind blew. I miss each day of memories. I miss everything about you.
