Chapter: 1 The Life Or Is It?

Twilight's heart was racing as she flew across the sky with Spike on her back. She had never flown this fast before, and Spike pointed this out saying, "Wow, Twilight I bet you can keep u with Rainbow Dash now." granted she wasn't a fast as fast as Rainbow Dash who was trying out for the wonderbolts. Hey, were the wonderbolts and she just got her wings a year ago when she became an alicorn so she was perfectly fine with being able could keep with a Pegasus she did prefer flying much more than in a carriage pulled by Pegasus.

No wonder Rainbow Dash loved flying, it makes you free. How could I have hated these beautiful wings? Twily don't get self conscience you are not all that, I repeat not all that. She had gotten closer with Rainbow Dash since Star Swirl The Bearded's spell had been undone. A lot had happened since then, two other attacks were made against Equestria, and Spike found his parents.

Applejack however never complained about things being to fru fru, Fluttershy was a tad less shy. Rarity very considerate about others. Rainbow Dash was even less boast full than after Mare Do Well's appearance, Pinkie Pie however was even more optimistic than usual, and Twilight had become an alicorn.

"Twilight can we stop, I don't feel to good" it of course was Spike who still did not like twilight being an alicorn.

"Very well," she began to land but, when she was inches off the ground a letter came from the princess, well Princess Celestia that is, on it was stated,

My most faithful student Twilight,

I'm sorry for ruining your flight but I need you and your friends to come here to the palace immediately, sorry. By the way Rainbow Dash is here already so you don't need to get her here.

"Okay," she said in determination after reading the letter, "Spike we are going to have to transport." she was learning from her last mistake to warn Spike that they were teleporting

"Okay, where to?"

"Ponyville, Manehatton, then Canterlot." lavender colored magic surrounded her horn, static shot around her and in a split second they were in Ponyville. They headed to Sugarcube Corner where Pinkie Pie was in her room trying on a new umbrella hat. "Pinkie! Celestia needs our help, immediately with something"

"Okey Dokey Lokey! Sounds fun" she replied with her usual perkiness as Twilight rolled her eyes.

"Lets get Applejack and Fluttershy, then teleport to Manehatton" Finding Applejack a sweet apple acres was harder. They first looked in the barn, then split up in the apple orchard and meet up at the barn again in twenty minutes, just to find out Applejack had been selling apples with Applebloom in town only a block down from Sugarcube Corner.

"Hey there sugarcubes?" she looked up and down at Pinkie Pie who was bouncing up and down, but one glimpse at Twilight and she could tell something was wrong "Twi' what's the matter?"

"Oh nothing, the princess would like all of us to see her as soon as possible."

Applejack was upset though "You mean all, of us? As in her?" Applejack had been upset with Rarity since she left Ponyville to fulfill her dreams when she almost lost her farm.

"You haven't even talked to her yet, have you?"

Applejacks brother, Big Mac had just walked in and plainly said, "Nope"

"Well you should it's been to long to just throw her out of your life, you were friends once remember?" This was beginning to feel all to familiar, like the alternate universe that she went to.

"Yea, but I also remember her leaving and now you're treating me like a low life, is that what I am now? A Peasant your highness?" she said in a mocking voice while bowing lower than ever trying to hide all her pain and sadness. It did work although, it hurt Twilight, although her and Rainbow Dash grew closer, her and Apple had grown farther apart. Tears were gliding down her face in a river.

When Applejack saw the tears flowing down Twilight's face and into her mouth she opened hers. But when she did all Twilight did was turn around and state, "Lets find Fluttershy."

Twilight just walked she didn't turn around all she did was think and walk. Applejack threw down her hard shell and let her tears run, just run down her orange cheeks and threw her blonde mane.
