The Vampire Codes (tips to OUR society)

Everyone thinks that all vampires are related to bats, that's not true. Most of us are more related to butterflies— only the 'cast-out' vampires are forced to become one with the bat DNA. The procedure of doing so always sounded painful, so I tried to behave.
In one way I guess that has a benefit as it would be easier to be noticed near woken bats rather than butterflies during the daytime. There are three types of vampires, excluding the cast-out vampires, which I'll tell you about later. The 'main' three types are referred to in colours rather than the 'cast-outs', well, as cast-outs, the three others are Red, Black and White. Reds are the ones who most people think of when they talk about vampires, which is fair enough considering they are the most common type, they suck blood from the people who have witnessed too much of our culture or who have threatened our kind. The Blacks are the second most common type of vampires to come across, these ones are more noticeable since they only hang in the shadows away from any source of light, if they don't they get really bad burns. They always seem to be the kindest though. And the last, White, they are the ones in charge, they make sure all vampires breaking the vampire code get banished and become at one with bats, they also are the rarest and hardest to spot vampires who usually get along very well with rich humans and somehow most of the time are billionaires themselves.

The vampire rules are rather close to most human rules, don't steal, cheat, harm or over welcome any humans to out traditional ceremonies and, you know, stuff like that. Reds can't bite innocent people, Blacks must try to stay out of the light, this is for their own good, and the Whites make the rules. What if they go corrupt? You may ask, well then  we kick then out.

Now! On with the story. Before I bore you with facts.
