Recap:
"WHAT? How can you do that? It is going to be so boring here alone, take me along!" Rose whined and kicked around like a kid.
Aspen was really irritated and shouted, "Fine! Fine! You can come along! But don't cause any trouble, okay?"
"Yay! Of course I won't!" Rose replied.
Why do I have this feeling I will regret this decision? Aspen thought.
It was bright and sunny out. The birds were chirping, the wind blowing through the leaves. What a peaceful setting... Not for Aspen. The brown haired boy was sweating and staggering on his feet. He was wearing a gray t-shirt with a black hoodie thrown on top. He was also wearing a pair of dark jeans and a pair of torn shoes. He looked like a hobo compared to everyone else around him. They wore bright clothes and am
"Aspen, you are weak," Rose commented. Rose was inside his phone that had earphones plugged into Aspen's ears so only Aspen could hear and others will not hear.
"Shut up..." Aspen muttered and rolled his eyes.
"Why are you wearing a hoodie anyways, it does not look like it is snowing..." Rose sighed.
"It said it would rain..." Aspen complained as he wiped the sweat dripping on his face.
"Are you an idiot? It's so sunny out!" Rose mocked as she pointed at the sky.
"Shut up..." Aspen muttered.
"Well, at least I don't have to worry about such things," Rose taunted. "For I am a digital girl. I bet you are jealous!"
"Yeah yeah, I envy you. You don't have anything to worry about..." Aspen muttered softly.
"What was that?" Rose asked.
"Nothing..." Aspen quickly covered up.
"Hey Aspen..." Rose said slowly.
"Yes?" Aspen replied.
"Can I ask of a favour?" Rose asked.
"No." Aspen immediately replied. He did not want to hear of any requests of the girl because he knew anything that came out of her mouth would probably kill him.
"Hey! I did not even say what it is!" Rose whined.
"Judging from you, I don't even need to say anything. It's probably going to be something that kills me." Aspen replied.
"Oh? You think so badly of me?" Rose asked.
"Yes, everything about you is bad."
"So mean, can't you at least hear me out?" Rose asked again.
"No."
"Listen, or I will scream and it would hurt your ears a lot." Rose threatened.
".... Fine..." He did not want to hurt his innocent ears.
"I want to.... go .... To an amusement park!" Rose exclaimed.
"No."
"I want to go! I want to go! This is the first time I ever been to the outside! I want to go!" Rose whined like a child.
"No."
"Hmph! I will scream." Rose threatened.
"Oh, look we are here," Aspen said, ignoring Rose's whining.
"Hey! Don't ignore me!" Rose shouted angrily.
"Hey Aspen! Over here!" He heard a familiar voice say before his friend appeared in front of him. She had blonde hair and blue eyes. Her complexion was fair and she wore a blue formal dress.
"Oh hey Rillane," Aspen greeted.
"How many times have I told you? It is Riley for you!" Rillane said.
"Yeah..whatever. So can you.."
"HEY! We just met and you jump onto the point. What happened to you? I never ever hear from you. You have been a bad bad boy." Rillane scolded him childishly while waving her index finger around.
"Yeah yeah... " Aspen mumbled as he scratched the back of his neck.
"So you wanna get something?" Rillane asked.
"Um... sure, why not?" He mumbled nervously as he shrugged.
Truth to be said. Aspen almost never goes to canteens or cafes' to eat. He always gets fast food delivered to his house.
"Also, can you take those earphones off? It's rude." Rillane scoffed.
"No."
"And why not? Don't tell me... Are you listening to your girlfriend as we speak?!"
"What... No."
"Awwww! Let me see her!" Rillane snatched the phone out of Aspen's hands, the earphones got unplugged from the phone. "Oh, it's not on..."
"Ah, the anti-climax," Rose sighed, but it was said out loud to public. Everyone in the lobby turned and faced the duo.
"WOAH..WOAH..woah... did your phone just talk? I know you are a mad scientist, but seriously?"
"Wait! It's not what you think....AND I AM NOT A MAD-" Then, Rose appeared on the lock screen of Aspen's phone.
"You made a digital girlfriend? How lame, but cool at the same time. I am disappointed in you my friend."
"W..What? Why would I do that..eww. And I can't even imagine her as my girlfriend. Please..no.." Aspen said in a disgusted way.
"What the hell girl, there's no way this mad evil dude would date someone as awesome as me." Rose said as she came into the screen.
"Oh my god! YOU GUYS ARE DATING! I TOTALLY CALLED IT!" Rillane squealed as she started doing a victory dance, not caring if people were staring.
"NO WE ARE NOT!" Aspen and Rose shouted angrily at the same time.
"Aww, you are both in sync! How cute!" Rillane squealed. "I ship it. What's your name girl in the phone?"
"It's Rose, nice to meet you, Riley, I guess?" Rose replied.
Seeing all the stares they were getting, "How about we go somewhere private and talk?" Aspen asked anxiously.
"AWWWW.. Trying to avoid the topic eh? But nevermind, I can fangirl more at a private place. Okay then. You wanna come over to my house? My parents are not home."
"Um.. sure.. Why not?" Aspen stuttered with an anxious smile as he followed Rillane to her car. It was a red Mercedes. Aspen was kind of stunned by what his 'friend', but then remembered what she worked as. Aspen stepped into the car and buckled his seat belt.
"Now, you are going to tell me everything that you have been doing these past few years," Rillane giggled and grinned. Aspen sweatdropped and sighed. I regret coming here...
A/N: Hello everyone! For some of you guys, you pobably know that the two writers are actually classmates. However, due to family stuff, Isabella left the country and it has been harder to do the chapters together so there will be more delays in chapters. Sorry. Also, Alice will be having her exams in three weeks so she will be refraining from writing so much, and sadly this means the next chapter will take one month to write...
