"I do NOT say Bleh, Bleh Bleh."

Ob made his way to Malakir, the swampiest part of Zendikar. There, he would meet with the leader of a group of vampires. These vampires were outcasts that still worshiped the Eldrazi. The rest of the vampires were converted to Allies when Drana, their leader, made the decision to join the ranks. Ob kept a weary eye on his surroundings, as visitors to Malakir were often ambushed. "Hey there, mister." A woman's voice came from behind a tree. "Show yourself," Ob bellowed. "Ok." The voice's owner popped out from behind a tree. She was clearly a traitorous vampire, as she was covered in the distinctive markings. "Why so angry?" she asked. "Not angry, just weary. These parts usually have ambushes from you vamps." Ob observed the vampire's gaze change. She looked past him, not directly at him. With one swift movement of his arm, Ob caught the other vampire by his throat and threw him to the ground beside his mate. "Oh, for crying out loud. We gotta stop trying to get these bigger guys." The female vamp looked at her mate in disgust. Then she turned to the angered Ob. "I'm sorry. What can we do so that you don't kill us?" Ob saw this as an open ended opportunity. "Do you know where I can find Kalitas?" "Oh, you silly. We know exactly where he is. We are, after all, followers of Ghet." Un-amused, Ob picked the male up and the two vamps led the way. The closer they got to the tribe, the more vampires Ob spotted. Two in the marsh over there, one up a tree, another feasting on a recent kill. They were everywhere.

Finally, they made it to a large, run down hall

Finally, they made it to a large, run down hall. "We can't go any further, but you certainly can." The shrill voice was gone an instant later, and both vamps had vanished. Ob pushed open the door, expecting nothing more than what he saw. On the far end of the hall, a throne occupied by a single vampire, stood surrounded by a council of vamps. This was where Ob wanted to be. "Nice of you to join us, Ob." Kalitas's voice was dark in tone, his head dressed with a helmet made from some beast's skull. His hair drooped down, two strands holding his twin blades, which were actually large fangs. His had a cloak that was tattered, and his body stained with blood. He held high position, and his council proved it.

Behind the throne was a pen which somehow held a number of Eldrazi Spawn and Scions

Behind the throne was a pen which somehow held a number of Eldrazi Spawn and Scions. Kalitas, who had founded Ghet on the barely alive belief of Eldrazi dominance, knew secrets of the Eldrazi that few others knew. "I was wondering how long it would take you to show up. My scouts have been following you," Kalitas hissed. "Yes, you are here for one reason. You wish to know how to control Eldrazi and reawaken the ones frozen in time and space. I believe I can help you...for a price." The vampire lord knew the requests of Ob, and the reasons behind such request. "What be your price on such knowledge?" Ob was curious to his offer. "I wish for you to destroy the current encampment of the vampires led by Drana." The vampire's request was anything but subtle. "I shall lend you the knowledge of Eldrazi awakening to do so, upon your acceptance of such a task." Ob, remembering that Nissa had foiled his plans with the Khalni Heart, decided to add on to the pricetag. "May I ask you of something more? I need to get something very valuable to my personal missions." "And that is?" The blood-chief said this with a slight amount of annoyance. "The Khalni Heart. It was stolen from my grasp and I must have it back. Could you help me by lending me some of your troops?" "Very well then. After I get news of the Liberated camp's destruction, I shall send only my finest warriors to rendezvous with you. They shall aid you in your endeavors." Ob, delighted with this exclamation, set off for Drana's camp. "Thank you mighty vampire." Ob left as swiftly as he had come.

Jace looked up. He had felt a disturbance in the mana around him. Something grave was going to happen, he just couldn't pin what. "What's up, J-man?" Chandra had noticed the concern on Jace's face. "It's nothing," he responded, brushing off the feeling. "And don't ever call me J-man." Chandra's voice came back. "Sorry Jace. Hey look! Were almost to the sea."
