"M-me?" I asked astonished.
"Don't believe me?"
I shook my head. Rubeus Hagrid stuck his hand in his coat and brought out two letters, giving one to each of us.
I opened mine up and read it.
{Won't type what the letter says, you all basically know what it says, except instead of Mr. Potter, it says Miss Dursley}
I swapped my letter with Harry and it read exactly like mine.
"I'm a wizard!" I said excitedly.
"Er no, males are wizards, females are witches," Hagrid corrected.
"I'm going to Hogwarts with you Harry!" I squealed excitedly, "I'm going to learn magic too!"
"Oh no you won't," dad snarled, snatching my letter, "No daughter of mine will become one of them!"
"But daddy, I--"
"No buts! You shall attend Baycross, and you will like it!"
Hagrid got face to face to my dad (or as close as he could anyways.) "Listen ter me yeh great lump, yer daughter WILL go to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, or else yeh'll have to face the magical ministry."
Dad gulped. "A group of powerful magical men coming to my home?" He asked shakily.
"Thas' righ'."
He thought very hard for a long time. "Very well, she can go to this-this school of yours," he spat.
I screamed in delight. "Thank you thank you thank you!" I hugged him tightly.
"I'm only doing this for the family, I don't need any more trouble." He dropped me and climbed up the stairs.
Well,
What a bitter bastard.
I frowned and sat on the ground.
"Ah forget him Armadi, he's always been like tha'."
"That would explain his attitude towards Harry," I said quietly, "Do you think he hates me now Mr. Hagrid?"
"O' course not, he's just, er...in shock," He said, uncertainly,"And don't be formal, just call me Hagrid."
"Hey Hagrid, what do they mean 'they await my owl'?" Harry asked as he reread his letter.
"Oh, that reminds me..." He took an owl from inside his coat, then some parchment and a bottle of ink.
"Dear Professor Dumbldore...gave the children their letter...hope yer well.." He folded the note, tied it to the owl and released it through the open window.
"Well now, who wants tea?" Hagrid asked as he already began taking out a kettle.
"Oh!" I said as I remembered Harry's gifts. I stood up and dragged Harry to the now empty couch.
"Presents for Potter, remember?" I said as I unzipped the case.
"Mads," Harry began to blush.
"Happy birthday!" I said as I dumped the case contents on his lap.
"Armadi, there has to be over 10 boxes of presents," Harry exasperated.
"Shut up and open your damn presents Harry James Potter!" I shouted as I threw him a small package.
