I was ripped back to reality from my dreams, as my alarm sounded. My arms flailed around trying to silence the obnoxious noise, and I managed to knock over half the stuff on the table next to my bed. I didn't get nearly enough sleep last night. After getting back to my room at around midnight, I crawled straight into bed, however my phone kept me awake until about two hours ago, which means I have to face the day with two hours of sleep. Yay.

Dragging myself into the shower, I readied myself for the day's lectures. With a towel wrapped around my body, I stared at all my clothes, unsure of what to wear. Just then, a knock sounded on my door sounded. I figured it was one of the other girls from my residence checking if I'd arrived back or not. Quickly grabbing a sweater and shoving it over my head, and struggling into some leggings, I headed to the door.

"There's someone here to see you." The girl, who's name I didn't know, deadpanned. She looked bored, and slightly annoyed. I wasn't expecting anyone, but before I could confirm she had the right person, she spoke again. "Next time tell your boyfriend to text you when he gets here, I'm not a messenger." She flipped her hair, and sauntered off in the direction of the common area.

Boyfriend? I thought to myself, thoroughly confused. I decided to go see who the poor chap was, and find out who he was actually looking for. Luckily my room was quite near the entrance, but not near enough that it was too noisy. A figure clad in black skinny jeans, a white t-shirt, and brown boots had their back toward me. In one hand was a bag of McDonald's, which I guess held breakfast for this guys girlfriend. A part of me wanted him to be my boyfriend so I'd get nice food too.

"Excuse me?" I spoke, and the figure turned at my voice. Wait... "Harry?"

"Jordi Graham, good morning." he said with a smile that melted my heart.

"You have a girlfriend in this residence?" I asked, still confused.Harry's cheeks tinged pink and he let out a nervous chuckle.

"No, I just told that girl that you were my girlfriend so I didn't come off creepy." He explained, although I'm sure if he told her I was a friend she would have done just the same. Whatevs.

"How did you know my room number?" I questioned. I'd never even told him where I lived, never mind the exact room.

"I asked Candice... Well Jason asked her on my behalf. You see, you left your earphones in the bus, and I grabbed them. So I thought while I returned them, I may as well bring you breakfast too." He held up the brown bag as proof. I don't know what Harry's intentions are, but he's definitely winning me over with food.

"Oh, well that was really thoughtful of you." I smiled at him. We stood there just smiling at each other for a few moments before I realised something, "Do you wanna, uh, come up to my room? We could eat there? Or if you don't want to that's totally fine too!" I said quickly, unsure of what I was doing.

"Your room is cool, I really don't mind." He smiled reassuringly. I gestured that he enter, and then proceeded to lead the way to my room, mentally heaving a sigh of relief that I left my room tidy. Once inside, I told him he could sit on my bed, my beanbag, or my desk chair, or even the floor. He chose to occupy my bed, taking off his shoes so he could get comfortable. "I like what you've done with the place." He said, looking around. "The fairy lights are a nice touch." I chuckled at that, and breathed a thank you while I sat on the other side of my bed.

"So..." I said after a few moments of silence.

"Right!" Harry said, seeming to have just remembered the brown bag on his lap. "One sausage egg McMuffin, a hashbrown, and orange juice - not coffee - for Miss Jordi Graham, and the same for me, but coffee - not orange juice." He said as he distributed the food. I was surprised that he knew my order, I was sure I'd never told him that I was repulsed by coffee and tea. "Candace." he stated simply, seeing the confusion on my face.

"Thank you, for all of this, you didn't have to." I told the curly haired man sat on my bed.

"Don't mention it, I thought you'd appreciate it considering how late we got here." He smiled one last butterfly-inducing smile before digging in.

"Sup." Jason said, plonking himself down in the seat to my right, and interrupting our lunch time conversations. Just then Harry sat down on my left, leaving only one spot next to Candi and Lexi on the other side of the table. "Babe, are you not going to sit?" he asked his girlfriend, who was glaring at me. She shoved her tray down across from his, and threw her bag down, appearing to be on the verge of throwing a tantrum. My friends rolled their eyes at her behaviour, but her boyfriend seemed totally unaware of her annoyance.

"Anything interesting happen today, guys?" Lexi questioned with a smirk, specifically directing the question at Harry. I shot her a pointed looking, knowing that they wouldn't be able to keep this morning's events to themselves. Harry's green eyes met mine, and he smiled slightly.

"Breakfast was great this morning, but other than that I just had lectures," Harry answered. "What about you, mate? How has your day been?" He asked Jason, taking the attention off of himself. Jason launched into a detailed description of all the things he had to dissect, and his poor girlfriend (Jasmine, I think?) was put off her lunch.

"I'm just going to go." whatever-her-name-is said timidly. She hesitated once she picked up her bag, seeming to wait for her boyfriend, but Jason made no move to join her.

"Alright, I'll see you later then." Jason said, not even looking up from his food. She scoffed, and stomped away, clearly not happy with how that played out.

"You are the worst boyfriend in the world." Candi stated. Jason looked confused and offended, but the rest of us all laughed at his cluelessness.

"What did I do wrong? She wanted to leave, I wasn't going to stop her." Jason defended.

"You could have gone with her, you idiot." Lexi chuckled. Jason just huffed a "whatever" before going back to his food. "You know, when Liam visited earlier, he said there's this new guy in his cell biology class," Lexi piped up after a few moments, always ready to talk about her boyfriend. "Then I heard these other girls talking, and they said he was really hot. I think his name is Zach, Zayn or something like that."

"What?" Harry's head shot up, his full attention on what Lexi was saying. "Is his name by any chance Zayn Malik?"

"Uh, yeah it might be, that kinda sounds right, why?" she questioned, mirroring my confusion as to why Harry was so interested all of a sudden.

"No reason, he used to be at my old, uh... my old school." Harry seemed unsure of his answer. His eyebrows furrowed and his jaw tensed. I wasn't sure who this guy was, but it was quite obvious Harry was not fond of him. For some odd reason, I was intrigued to find out why.
