Rihanna's pov
The get together was awesome and fun. We all slept on the floor after getting drunk and woke up this morning with a bad headache but we all still have work to do so me and shakira left. I went home and had a nice shower, ate my breakfast and dressed up for work. I got my car keys and closed the door leaving a note for shakira who was still asleep. Immediately i got into my car, i received a strange text from rita...i thought i deleted her number. I started my car and drove off cause i was already late so i will read the message at work. When i arrived, i got out and locked my car then happily pushed the door open hoping to be the first person to arrive but to my surprise i saw three other workers including nicki and ciara who were kissing by the corner. Do they really have to change my mood now cause i cant remember when last i got jealous. I walked up to them with a fake smile planted on my face.
Rih: hey guys....aww can't remember when last I saw u guys kissing.
I noticed the slight shock on ciara's face cause she knew what I meant
Ciara: hey Robyn...how are u
Rih: am kul and how are u nicki
Nicki: never been better
Rih: OK well I need to move to my section now got a text I need to read
Ciara: ohhhhh from who...I hope it's a new chick
I smiled a little when I saw Nicki rolling her eyes
Rih: nope...and y should I tell u
Ciara: c'mon please we are best friends and u know everything about me including my sex life
Nicki: excuse me? Ciara do u discuss about us having sex
Ciara: no
Rih: yes but with...
Ciara: just say who u got the fucking text from
Rih: well...it's from Rita
Ciara: aww...maybe she wants u guys back together
Rih: I hope so
And with that I walked away smiling cause I saw a frown on nicki's face...maybe I just hit a nerve
I went to my section and sat down then unlocked my phone to read the text message.
Rita: hi Robyn umm how are u I know it's been a while but I just wanted us to hang out. I'm sorry for cheating on u and I know I can't get Ur trust back but I will like us to be friends...u know to start all over again. I just wanna see Ur face once again if that's okay with u.
Well I really do miss her but I don't think I can love her again. Y not give her a chance to prove herself so I replied:
Rih: sure let's meet at the coffee shop down the road...by 4:00pm. Once I was done replying I kept my on the table only to come face to face with nicki
Rih: shit...u scared me
Nicki: that was my plan
Rih: when did u even get here?
Nicki: u we're busily replying to a damn text so u wouldn't know
Rih: u sound so angry
Nicki: what did the text say?
Rih: y should I tell u?
Nicki: cause she might be playing with u again
Rih: ain't nobody playing with me...she just wants us to meet that's all
Nicki: meet? And what did u reply
Rih: well I said yes
Nicki: u said yes? After what she did the first time...I can't believe this
Rih: we are not getting back together...just friends
Nicki: see that's her plan to get u back
Rih: and what happens if she does...u know the last time I checked I am the only one still single and to be honest I think u are the one playing with my heart. Yesterday u kissed me and u were being so lovey dovey and now u are back again kissing ciara how do u think I felt...maybe u should concentrate on your relationship with ciara cause u don't know what's going on.
I walked away leaving her standing there by herself. I went to the restroom to lay down but I saw ciara talking on the phone probably with shakira cause I could hear her voice. Immediately she saw me she ended the call
Ciara: hey...are u okay
Rih: to be sincere am not...u better tell nicki what's going on with u and shakira
Ciara: I don't understand...what did she tell u
Rih: nothing...she is my friend and am tired of watching her smile everyday when her girlfriend is cheating behind her back...am done for the day am going home
Ciara: rih wait...
Rih: bye
I picked my bag and walked out to my section to pick my phone. Nicki was attending to a customer but I could see the hurt on her face. I just picked my phone and walked out the front out the front door. I was about entering my car when someone dragged me back
Rih: ouch!
Nicki: sorry...really sorry
Rih: what do u want now
Nicki: umm...nothing just umm...where are u going to?
Rih: haven't u asked enough questions for today...well am heading home am done for the day
Nicki: ok...rih listen am sorry i never knew how u...
Rih: save ur apologies for next time am not in the mood
Nicki: umm...my regards to rita
Wow! I've never heard her so hurt and sad like this before but not willing to break my annoyance i just murmured a silent "bye" and drove off.
A short update expect more soon...don't worry ciara will soon be caught but I needed to bring Rita back into the story...
