JOHN'S POV

"A what?" I said in absolute shock as I pulled away.

I immediately felt my beautiful Tonya's hurt as I pulled away.

"No Tonya, I am not rejecting you or it." I quickly said as I pulled her back into my arms.

"I am just in shock. I have waited so long to have you and I don't want to loose you. I don't want to share you either." I admit.

"I understand John. We don't have to do this. All I have wanted for so long is to belong to you and I will give up all my current bonds for you because I know you will do whatever it takes to restore any bond that is broken that is important to me."

When I look into Tonya's face all I can see is the love and trust that I have always felt but knew she hid from the world for everyone's protection. My beautiful mate was the most caring and loving person I had ever met. At that moment I realized I would do anything to keep her with me and safe.

" Sweetheart can you tell me everything you know about a pleasure bond? I know it was briefly mentioned as part of a history lesson but in all honesty I shut it out because I could never see me entering into one."

Needless to say at the moment we have stopped the sexual foreplay and I have pulled her into my lap and am holding her bridle style.

"Why do you want to know if we aren't going to do it?" she ask so innocently.

"That is where you are wrong. We are going to because I will do anything to keep you and our pups safe. I just need to know as much as I possible before we bring your brother into our link." I lovingly tell her as I kiss her forehead.

"I don't understand? I mean I know you will do anything to keep us safe so what does this have to do with my twin bond?" I can see the confusion all over her face. I guess she still hasn't searched all of my mind.

" Well in the letter I read while you were sleeping my dad explained a lot of things to me. The first thing he told me was that he and mom had the power and could see glimpses of the future."

"Really? Tony's mate had something like that only she could see both sides of choices. Tony gained that gift when they mated. I know it is a heavy burden for him." She chimed in.

"I can only imagine. From what Dad said it was also a heavy burden for him and Mom. Did you know that Mom was also close to Mother Earth and was charged with your safety when you came here? She immediately recognized you as a descendant of Mother Earth."

"I thought someone was watching me at times and could feel Grandmother's touch often when she was around," she interrupted me.

"Anyway, they knew you were coming and had seen your importance to all of us. They saw their funerals and knew that both of them and Tom would die. They knew you would be the one to get me through all of that as well as hold the kingdom together. They even knew that my mate would die before I got the chance to meet her and that you would be my chosen. Actually Dad said that we were destined from the beginning to be together but that Cindy and Dick were a major part in the safety of the werewolf world so even though Tom was a part of your destiny and a mate, you were always meant to be mine."

"Okay but what does this have to do with my twin bond?" She interrupts again.

"Patience my love." I say smiling just before continuing. "Dad and Mom knew from the beginning that you were mine. Dad explained in the letter that it was hard on him when he and Tom were together and Tom would laugh about my claim on you and how I thanked him for bring you to me because he knew that it was true.
