Jude and Connor went back downstairs to join the others the cookout was going well until a expected guest shows up uninvited and the cookout takes a turn for the worse..

Connor's POV

Me and Jude went back downstairs to join and greet everyone. I run to my parents and my cousin even though I was gone for almost a week I still missed everybody.

Jessica - I kiss Connor's forehead aww sweetie we missed you too.

Adam - We sure did son. Did you have a great time in New York City with your grandparents?

Connor - Yes I had a great time visiting them it nice but it's very cold there.

Dave - Were glad your back. Connor did you show Jude your special talent yet?

Jude - I looked at Dave and Connor with a shock look on my face. What special talent?

Jessica - Jude sweetie Connor is really good at playing the guitar.

Jude - I look at my boyfriend and smiled. Aww babe that's amazing I would love to hear you play sometime.

Connor - Aww mom! I'm blushing very hard I walked over Jude I grab his hand.

Brandon - That's amazing Connor you and I should do a musical piece together.

AJ - Yeah Connor that would be amazing.

Connor - Sure Brandon that sounds cool.

Mariana - Connor you should totally write and play a piece about you and Jude's relationship.

Jude - Oh no. I shake my head and I looked down at the ground.

Jude - Connor turned to face me and he lifts my chin up. "Babe that's some nickname." I'm blushing a lot. I like Connie Bear because your soft and cute like a teddy bear. I kissed Jude cheek. "Aww Thanks babe I love it."

Stef - Aww how sweet our son is growing up.

Connor's POV

I pulled Jude into a hug and we both started laughing. "Connor I'm glad that your family support our relationship your dad's comment was sweet and funny." I kiss Jude's forehead. Haha yeah that was funny. I love your grandma Sharon I want to spend the entire week with her. "She would love that Connor." Me and Jude pulled apart. Mom what's that smell did you make mine and Jude favorites?

Jessica's POV

Yes sweetie I did and I had some help from Lena, Stef and Callie helped me Cook and Baked while your father and Mike cooked on the grill and Brandon, AJ and Jesus helped with the music and the surround. Connor and Jude hugged and Thanked everybody. "Alright everyone wash y'all hands and let's dig in." Everyone is eating in living room and watching a movie and I see my husband picking at his food so I walk over towards him.

Adam's POV

I didn't eat all my food so I'm just sitting here picking at my food I have a lot on my mind I can't stop thinking about that business call it's driving me crazy I haven't told my wife and my son yet I chose not to tell them because I know that it will break their hearts I see my wife walking towards me so I quickly put on a calm face. "Honey what's wrong? You didn't finish your dinner do you want to talk about it?" No not really. "Well we talk about it later after everyone leave's because I can tell that it's eating away at you. Alright babe.

Jude - Everything was amazing Thanks everybody. I didn't finish my slice of pie so I grabbed a hand full and I put some pie on Connor's face.

Connor - Hey! Babe really? Ohh it's on now! I grab some ice and I put some down Jude's shirt.

Jude - Awh babe that's cold. This means war! I get the ketchup and I squirt Connor with it but I missed and it landed on my grandma Sharon.

Jesus - Haha!

Sharon - You think that's funny. Sharon threw her ice cream bar at Jesus.

Jesus - No way! I wanted to get my grandma back but instead I got Mariana and Callie haha.

Mariana - Really Jesus you got honey mustard in my hair!!

Callie - Jesus this crop top is new! Mariana we should double team Jesus.

Mariana - Me and Callie shake hands yes we shall. We grab a soda and we poured it all over Jesus.

AJ - I saw Brandon just sitting there so I threw horse radish on him.

Brandon - No way dude. AJ put horse radish on me he tried to escape but he slid and fell down and I grabbed a slice of chocolate cake and I smashed on his face.

Jude - After and Connor got cleaned up he gave me some PJs to wear after we changed we shared a hug. I had so much fun babe. "Haha I did too Jude." I started laughing. Haha Connor you still smell pie. Haha Thanks babe and your a dork. I giggle and he kisses me tenderly two minutes later we returned downstairs to help everyone clean up.

Adam's POV

One hour later after everyone finished cleaning up we all relaxed the sofa and we're watching beastly I heard a knock on the door but I didn't answer it and then five minutes later I hear someone bust into our house. Brad what are you doing here? I already gave you a answer.

Connor - Dad what's going on!?

Jessica - A answer about what?!

Adam - Brad gave me a job offer and it's up in Seattle.

Connor - What!? Dad you said no right? Right!

Adam - Son I'm sorry.

Connor - You can't do this to me! I'm not leaving Jude! Connor runs out the house and Jude chased him. "Connor wait!

Jessica - So this was eating away at you? You better fix it Adam can't you see that our son is hurting!

Brad - I'm sorry ma'am I'm only doing my job.

Jessica - I don't want hear it Brad you come into my home uninvited and ruined a great evening I don't even want to look at you now get hell out of my house!

Brad left the house while Jude and the family look for Connor..
