General POV

Connor and his family has been in New York for two weeks and his grandpa sickness is taking a turn for the worst Jude and his family has been in contact with Connor's family and last week they had came to New York to their love and prayers to the family everyone had a shoulder to lean on But a few days after Jude and Connor's relationship begin to fall apart...

Two weeks earlier

Adam's POV

Me, Jessica and Connor are in New York were staying for a while because a family has been feeling under the weather my mom Pam she had reacted out to me and Jessica about the news and we told our son hours later our family just hope and pray that everything is going to be okay.

Jessica's POV

When me and my husband and our son arrived at our hotel in New York we quickly got settled in and five minutes we contacted Pam to let her know that we landed safely and that we we're on our way to the hospital to see Connor's grandpa Liam we been told that he is sick nothing serious but something in my mind is telling me that is wrong what is Pam hiding that she couldn't tell us over the phone..

Connor's POV

When I last visited my grandparents Pam and Liam they both seemed to be doing well you know they were always smiling and having a great time nothing out of the ordinary they seem fine to me Jude and his family have sending so much love The Fosters has been a great support and Jude and I have been calling and texting each other nonstop he's a great boyfriend I just wish that he was here with me physically.

Pam's POV

Adam, Jessica and Connor are arrived at the hospital just in time and without me saying a word they all greeted me with hugs and kisses we sat down in the waiting room and just started talking.

Connor - Hey grandma how is grandpa doing is he feeling better?

Pam - Um right now sweetie your grandpa is doing fine he's asleep right now.

Connor - We can we see him?

Pam - Y'all can see him when he wakes up doctors orders.

Adam - Mom. Dad is going to be okay though right?

Pam - Yes baby your father is going to be fine he's just sick that's all.

Jessica - Pam how long has Liam been in the hospital?

Pam - Jessica dear he has been in the hospital for the past 48 hours.

Jessica - Is there any new information about his condition?

Pam - Yeah a lot he has the flu but last night he had a panic attack and a stroke.

Adam - Mom has dad been taking his medication?

Pam - *sighs* No he stopped taking them.

Adam - What!? Why did he stop taking them?

Jessica - Liam needs to take his medicine at all times so that he can get better.

Pam - Adam sweetie I'm sorry and I know but your father has always been stubborn but the good news is he started back taking them since last night even though the doctors had to force him but other than that he's been doing okay.

Connor - *sniffing* Grandma I don't want grandpa to leave us.

Pam - Aww sweetheart I know your scared but your grandpa isn't going to leave us always have a positive mind about things I love you sweetie. I hugged and kissed Connors forehead "I love you too." So tell me about your lovely boyfriend we can I meet him. "Jude is a wonderful guy he makes me happy and you can visit him over the holidays." I can tell he makes you happy because dear your cheeks are as red as a tomato. "Aww Grandma!" Do you love him sweetie? "Yes grandma I love him so much." Aww to be young and in love that's the best feeling in the world hold on to him sweetie. "I am I'm never letting him go."
