I of course peep through my curtains through the window to make sure he's okay...

And I watch him go in the house.

Time to talk to mummy...

I go downstairs all happy and stuff.

"Hi mummy" I say

"Hi honey" she replies

"How are you?How was you day?" I ask with a little pep.

"Good and yours?" She say nonchalant

"Good.Actually that's what I wanted to talk about....

My mum sets her face in a questioning way.

"You see I spent my day training,with Glitch,for an upcoming competition....I was wondering if I'm allowed to go" i say while twisting my foot.

"Of course" she says

"So are you coming to watch?"

"...."

" Cuz Daddy won't be here and I would really like it if you come and watch me" I say with a lot of hope

"....."

"Mummy?"

"I can't sweety,I have work"

"So no one can come see me...yay"

I mumble but didn't realize mummy heard

"Alana I gotta work...and you know how that is..."

"It's okay don't worry" I say

"I-I'm sorry Alana"

"No really...I'm okay"

Mom called me over to have dinner.

I honestly didn't want to leave Alana's place but, mom calls...

AND FOOD!

I eat dinner go up to my room and I read missed text.

It's now like 9:00 p.m.

"Jordan!"

"Yes mom"

"We have to go my the Bradshaws...NOW!"

"Okay!"

What's going on?
Mom sounds worried.
Did something like...happen

Stupid Question Glitch something obviously happened!

So we rush over to Alana's house.
Alana's mom opens the door in tears. My mom immediately comforts her.

"What's wrong" I ask

"Alana...she's...she's GONE!" Alana's mom said sobbing even louder on the last word.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN GONE?!" I ask really really REALLY scared.

This is my best friend we're talking about.

"After i told her I won't be able to see her perform *sniffle* she went up to her room and *sniffle* when I went in to check on her she wasn't there"
Alana's mom said trying to calm down.
