We got to the apartment at 10pm and my roommate ruby, who had red hair and was around the same height as me, was waiting for us and welcomed us in.
"Welcome!it's so nice to meet you Tia and your mum Lucy" she said excitedly as we walked towards the kitchen which was connected to the living room.
"Can i please see my room" I said whilst looking around the place
"Yeah sure" Ruby said with her American accent
She lead me to the most beautiful bedroom I've seen. It was amazing.
"Sorry but where is the guest room please?" My mum said to ruby
"Right over there to the left" Ruby said pointing towards the room
"OK it's been a nice welcoming but it's late so you guys can do your catching up tomorrow"
"OK mum. Night Ruby, night mum" I said than closed my door.
I can't wait until tomorrow.
