Emmer's Pov

I woke up and saw Victoria still sleeping I get out of bed quietly where she can't wake up I go to my clothes and pick some out. I go to the bathroom and shut the door I go to the sink and set my clothes down then go to the tub. I turn the water on as how I like it and get in I wash my hair/body then get out I go to my towel and dry off then get dressed. Knock Knock. "W-who i-is i-it?" I asked "it's me Emmer's open up" she said I go to the door and open it. "We need to go downstairs and get something to eat we have to get back on track" she told me I nodded we went out the bathroom and went into the hall we go downstairs and saw a lot of girls eating no to mention but this is a girl orphanage home. I grab something to eat with Victoria and sit down when I tried taking a bite someone interrupted me. "Hello, I am kendra what is your name?" she asked I didn't answer. "Her name is Emily she doesn't wanna talk of what happened before we came here" Victoria answered for me. "What happened?" she asked "we don't wanna say until we get use to it here although we are but we have to get use to all of you and earn our trust" she explained. Kendra nodded and we started to eat. "I need all of you to come in the living room today is adoption day" Mrs White demanded us we all nodded then finished eating. Victoria and I went to the living room after we took care of our dishes when we got there we sat down. "This is Jason and Amber they are here to adopt 7-10 year olds" Mrs White explained we hope we get picked and that they are good people. Jason walked to me and Victoria "what is your names?" he asked I didn't answer "her name is Emily and I am Victoria" she told him "Beautiful names, would you both like to come home with us?" he asked My heart started to race in fear. "Calm down Emmer's it will be fine" she said trying to calm me down and i nodded. "We would love to come with you" she told him. We followed Mrs white, Amber, and Jason to her office we sat down and waited for them to get done talking. "They have been in a bad home they both got raped and abused very badly and need very good parents" Mrs white explained "Okay we will" Amber agreed. They signed the papers and we left. "Who wanna go for ice cream?" Amber asked "I do" Victoria said and I just sat there in silence. "It would really help if you could talk emily" she said I shaked my head and went closer to Victoria. When we arrived to the ice cream place we got out and went in went to the counter with a lot of ice cream flavors. "What flavor would you like Emily?" Jason asked me with a smile on his face I pointed at the flavor and he looks. "Want 2 or 3 scoops?" he asked me I put 3 fingers up. "Is she deaf?" the lady asked him "No, she's just shy she is new to the family we just adopted them both" he explained "oh ok". She said. "She would like mint chocolate chip ice cream and what would you like Victoria?" he asked her. "Same kind please" she said "2 mint please" he told her she nodded and made the two ice creams we grab the cones and went to the table and started eating it. "We are going to show you your new bedroom when we get done we did it so beautiful" Amber said with excitement i clapped and smiled. When I had to pee I had to whisper in sissy's ear. "I need to go wee" i told her she nodded and I went.

My pov

"How old are you both?" I asked Jason and Amber "I am 23 and Jason is 24" she said licking her ice cream. "I will tell you everything about our past the only think you know is the rape and the abuse but i didn't tell you what he did to us." I told her she nodded when Emmer's came back out we got done and left when we arrived we got out and grabbed our stuff then walked in it was so beautiful. "Follow me" she said running up stairs she acts like a kid in her heart we follow her up the stairs into a room it was huge. It had pink wall, 2 beds, pink fuzzy carpet everything was pink which is good cuz me and Emmer's dreamed of having this room our last room was nasty and full of bugs. "Want help to unpack your stuff?" she asked us "No thanks though" I said thinking her she nodded and left us behind. "Let's unpack" I said and sat the bags on the bed we grabbed stuff 1 by one and put it away and organized everything we are use to it because if we didn't we would of been beaten. When we got done we went downstairs and saw Jason with a beer my heart dropped in fear thinking about our past and what had happened. I went in the kitchen and found Amber on the floor with a bruise on her eye I turned and saw Jason but all of a sudden everything went dark.

"Ow" i said in pain I looked around and I am in my room and saw no one I got out of the bed and went down stairs quietly and saw them eating with Emmer's. "Hi, come and join us" Amber said with a fake smile I listened and joined. "What's up with the bruise?" she asked I looked at Jason and he gave me the death glare "I punched myself in the eye in my sleep accidently" I lied liked I always do just to protect me and my sis but would always get caught and I wonder if she fell for it or not I am hoping she does. "When we get done Amber runs upstairs and I saw Jason wink at me. "Emmer's let's go to bed it's getting late" I said she demanded so we go to the room get pajamas on and go to bed.
