Cass' POV
I woke up early because someone tried to sneak out from under me but failed miserably. He fell on the floor and looked up to see if he woke me up. I ginned at him. "Fail."
"No! Go back to sleep." He whined. I pulled my phone out from my pocket to look at the time. It was 6:20am. I sighed and looked at him.
"I can't. I have to get ready." I said sitting up and stretching my arms out.
"For what?" He asked confused.
"School." He raised an eye brow. I rolled my eyes "college, Austin. I'm going to a Art Institute." I explained.
"What are you going for?" He asked.
"Photography. Or graphic design." I said standing up. I ran my fingers through my messed up hair and found my lost hair tie in it.
"So you can design some t-shirts for my band." He pointed out smiling.
"Yeah I could." I put my hair up neatly and smiled at him. He got up and grabbed his jacket off the couch. "Leaving?" I asked.
He nodded. "Yeah, I don't want to make you late for school and I should get home. Me and Ashby have plans to hangout."
"Okay. Tell him I said hi." I said while walking him to the door.
"Will do." He said and opened the door. He smiled and leaned in to hug me. "See you later, babe." He said and pulled away. I smiled at him and watched him walk down my apartment stairs. When he was out of sight I shut the door and turned around and leaned on it. I smiled and bit my lip. He called me babe I thought and smiled wider. I just stood there running last night through my head. I shook my head and sighed. "We're just friends." I said to myself. I took a shower and dried and curled my hair. I got on my floral sun dress, and my flower sandals. I put on a cross necklace and put in my camera ear rings that my mother got me before I moved. I threw on makeup and grabbed my totes bag and keys. It was 7am when I was ready. I walked out feeling like a flower princess.
Riley's POV
Elliott woke me up at 6:30. He wanted to go get coffee with me before he went to the studio. I put my hair up and got dressed. I had on black short shorts and a cream coloured blouse with a studded collar. We left and I drove to the closest Starbucks. He got his coffee and I got a cookie crumble. We sat on the couch by the window. "Last night was fun." He said.
"Yeah! Oh my gosh did you see that guy that came out of the pit? It looked like his nose was broken."
"Yeah I saw him." He said laughing.
"Thanks for not taking me into the mosh pit. I would've died." I said taking a sip of my drink.
"Yeah I want you to be alive when we get married." He joked. I smiled. "So what are you gonna do today?" He asked.
"Uhm I'm dropping you off and then I was thinking of going to the beach. Maybe Cass will want to go."
"Maybe. How is she? I thought she would've wanted to go to the concert."
"She says she fine but she's not. Something must have happened with Teo..." I said.
"Hmm." He pulled out his phone. He had a text. "I need to get to the studio." He put on a puppy face. I laughed at him and we got up. I drove him to the studio and went in to say hi to the guys. Lights was there too. She and Beau were gonna do a song together. I left so I wouldn't get in the way. It was 9:40am and I know Cass gets done with class at 10:30 so I texted her I'd be at her place so we could hang out.
I got to her apartment and found the spare key on top of the door fame. I walked in surprised that there was someone already there. It was a girl with long dark brown hair, blue eyes and had all black on. She smiled when she saw me and held her hand out for me to shake. "Hey, I'm Jessica. Cassandra's older sister."
