Riley's POV
I was shocked. This girl was Cass's sister? I shook her hand she still had out. "I. Uh, hi. I'm Riley."
"Sorry to surprise you. Were you expecting Cass?" She had kind of a British accent.
"No. I didnt think anyone would be here." I said. I took a step closer to her. She looked so much like Cass. They could be twins. "I also didnt know she had an older sister."
"What? Do not believe me?" She smiled.
"No! I do. You look like Cass's t-"
"Twin." She cut me off. "Yeah we got that a lot when we lived together."
Cass's POV
I walked out to the parking lot quickly. I had just got a text from Riley saying she'll be at my place. I wanted so bad to tell her about what happened with Austin. I wanted to freak out and fangirl with her. I made my way home stopping at a coffee drive through once. I ran up the stairs holding my bag on my arm and coffee in the other. The door was unlocked so I walked in yelling "You will not believe wha-" I stopped once I saw who was here. It was Riley and my sister, Jessica. Who literally abandoned me. "What are you doing here?" I said sourly.
"To see my little sister!" She said coming over to me with her arms open and gave me a hug. The only movement I made was moving my coffee away from her. I didn't hug her back and when she pulled away she looked hurt. I set my back on the couch and coffee on the bar in front of the kitchen. I looked at Riley. She had such a confused face on. "You're not still mad at me, are you?" Jess asked. I glared at her. She sighed. "Well I can tell when Im not welcomed." She said grabbing a leather bag off the couch. She pulled out a box wrapped in silver. It was short and fat. "Here I got you this when I first got to London." She set it on the bar next to my coffee. "I would have sent it ages ago but mom wouldn't let me." She said pulling her bag over her shoulder and walking out. Just like that. I was so confused on what just happened. I went to my bedroom and Riley followed. She sat on my bed and I started changing into my Austin Carlile or Die t-shirt and Chachi Momma sweats. I lay on the bed next to Riley staring at the ceiling. We were quiet for a moment. "Did you want to talk about it?" She asked suddenly breaking the silence. I shook my head no. "Okay. Then what did you want to tell me when you first walked in?" She asked more excited this time. I smiled widely, sat up and told her everything I've been keeping in. Told her about Teo and why he broke up with me and got to Austin and what happened. She started fangirling and creating a ship name for us. "Caustin!" She said but then made a sour face after saying it. "No, no." She thought for a moment and then said "Castin!" She said and started saying it over and over again. I rolled my eyes and gave up trying to tell her me and Austin were just friends.
Me and Riley went to Elliot's house to watch movies with him and Eric. Elliot and Riley started playing Halo because me and Eric couldn't choose a movie. "We could be watching a movie right now." Eric said to me like it was my fault.
"Eric you wanted to watch freaking Twilight." I snapped.
"I did not!" He said and whispered to me "I told you not to say that in front of Elliott." He glared at me and I stuck my tongue at him. We looked away from each other. He leaned more into the couch and pulled out his phone. I just started staring off into space for I don't know how long but the next thing I knew was two hands clap in front of my face. I jumped back into reality. Eric was standing up and kinda pulled away from me. "You okay?"
I nodded "yeah. Im just tired. I should go." I said getting up. I looked at Riley and Elliott. He looked sad and Riley grinned at me. "I beat him" I laughed and said my goodbyes.
I walked out into the cold California night and got into my car. I wasn't really tired I just really didn't want to sit on a couch for another hour. I drove around aimlessly. I was about to go home when my phone rang. I pulled over to give who ever it was my full attention. "Hello?" I didn't even look to see who it was.
"Hey, Cass!" I recognized the voice anywhere.
"Austin! Hi, how are you?" I asked
"I'm great. I was just calling to ask you something."
"Okay. What did you want to know?"
"I.. Uh, was wondering if you wanted to come over..." He asked like it was a stupid question.
"Yeah! I'll come over." I said grinning.
"Really? Okay, I'll text you my address."
"Okay see you in a bit." I said.
"Bye, babe." He said and hung up. I got the text and started driving to his place.
(OKAY. So I was gonna post this like on Tuesday but I accidently lost it all cos I write on my ipod so yeah but here it is. I hope you like and I already started chapter 4 and it will be up ASAP)
