I woke up, it was Saturday so I didn't really have much planned.

I texted Jesse to see if he wanted to hang out today, hoping he wasn't too busy. I'm still stuck on the thought of what happened yesterday. I just wish he said those four words.

I texted Jesse hoping he had woken up. Probably not since it was 7:00am. Who would wake up that early on a Saturday morning? Well apparently me.

"Hey Jesse"

"Oh hey beautiful Goodmorning."

"Are you busy today?

"Umm, well kinda. I have some stuff to do. Why what did you have planned?"

"Well I was hoping you wanted to hang out today? I mean I just feel like actually leaving the house today, you know? Lol. So yes or no?"

"Umm.. I'm sorry I can't.. But hey why don't you message Naomi and ask her if she would? I'm pretty sure she has time on her hands."

"Hmm. What are you so busy doing?"

"Nothing. It doesn't matter. I have to go. Bye."

"Bye."

Well that was weird. Why was he acting so rude when he said goodbye? Did I do something wrong... Was it something I said yesterday? Or was it something I didn't say... Oh god.. You know what.. I'm not even gonna stress about it. I guess it's a girls day out today.

Jesse's POV
Oh god. I hope she didn't take that in a wrong way... I just don't want her knowing yet. This day has to be perfect. I've never done this with any other girl and I want this to be perfect. Hopefully she's not mad at me, but I'm risking it.

I text Naomi to see if she can distract Ivy for the day while I get everything ready. Or at least planned out.

"Hey dude."

"Oh hey what's up?"

"I need your help with something, please don't tell Ivy"

"If it's help cheating on her you can forget about it."

"Wtf no. You're stupid. Anyways it's something else. Are you willing to help me or not?"

"Depends. What is it?"

"I'm planning on asking Ivy out today. Officially. I just need you to distract her really quick while I figure out what to do. Please Naomi. Please. I just want this to be perfect."

"Don't trip obviously I'm gonna help you. Just don't screw up. Kay?"

Ivy's POV
I text Naomi. Hoping she's free unlike the dude that just rejected me. Fucking asshole.

"Hey brat"

"You wanna hang out today?"

"Yup. What do you have planned?"

I was about to hit send until she sent me an unbelievably fast text.

"Actually, I think I should make the plans today. You're boring. Okay so, I'm thinking of going out to eat, maybe In-N-Out? And then catching a movie? And after that, if you'd like, well go shopping? Yea? okay. "

"Asshole, if I'm so boring then why am I your best friend? Haha well anyways yea sounds good. Hey umm do you know why jesses being an asshole? He literally avoided me today. Do you think I said something wrong?"
