Okay- I know exactly what your thinking; 'Jack is an absolute no heart, emotionless, self centered jerk!' But I have my reasons!
It's not really my fault that I hurt Kitten!
Lies.
I developed some strong feelings toward someone else!
Lies.
I was a little light at the time I kissed her.
Lies, lies, and more damn lies! Excuses excuses.
I wanted a reaction- a sign that said she really did care for me that way. I wanted her to admit and express her feelings- if she had them.
I guess I am a jerk. No- I know I am a jerk.
I sighed as I walked up the steps. I couldn't really think of a plan for trying to talk to Kitten. She's so hard to read, I don't know what she's thinking whenever I talk to her.
She always has that crooked smile struck on her face.
And when it's not on her, I know I've hurt her. I've hurt her more than anyone could, and my duty(hehehe, duty >.<) is to keep Kitten safe. But all I'm doing is throwing her emotions in danger.
Once I heard her voice, I followed that direction. Her sweet, kind, delicate heart. Her tasty, sugary, tangy heart. But I don't really like to think of her like lunch.
She'd obviously be a brunch type of gal.
Wow, my mind conversations are just- wow.
I watched her leave the-other-Jack's room and laugh her way into the hallway, but she was locked into the unbreakable cell of my gaze for nearly fifteen seconds. I then realized that Jack was in a tight towel around his waist.
They had sex.
So much for talking. I walked past her and grunted, managing to not burst out into tears while I walked into my bedroom. Did you not know I was extremely emotional?
'Cause I am.
They had SEX.
As in, she isn't a virgin. I was meant to be her true love.
I sound so shallow.
I sighed and plopped onto my bed, the tears flooding into my pillow like rivers and the sobbing noises erupted from my throat. Then, almost instantly, a soft knock was at my door.
(Short, very short, I know :/ but more will be tomorrow!
