"Please, please, please let me come?" He pleaded, and wasn't very convincing.
"I told you Laughter! Jacky wouldn't like it..." I shook my head and crossed my arms. "Forgive me?"
"No! He does not control you Kitten! We can still hang out and do everything and he's not going to know! Please?"
I couldn't say no to his face- it was hard to explain. Like a puppy-dog face mixed with plead and desperation.
We left the house in search for something to do. I planned on killing but Laughter seemed to be in the mood for talking..
"Why did you date him?" He asked abruptly. I stopped walking and stared ahead. "I don't know, I've liked him for a while now Jack..." I whispered, afraid of what he might've done if I raised my voice.
"Listen, Kitten, I don't want you getting hurt and I don't want to have to pick up your sorry ass when he dumps you on the road." His voice sounded strict, absolutely no care in it what-so-ever.
"Damn it Jack! That is what friends are for! You shouldn't just act like I'm not your friend because I'm in a relationship now!"
"We were never friends Kitten! Jenevee hired me to watch over you! You really think I could have any affection toward you! Your practically human. You act just like your drugged up father, we are not friends!"
And with that, my only friend walked off. Leaving myself alone and broken.
(FINALLY! Damn writers block...
Now, I may have an idea who could help me with my story, and I've talked with her and she seems pretty friggin awesome if you ask me, and we could make amazing chapters together, and possibly make them MUCH longer, sorry I just suck at that aspect.
