8 Eyes for You

8- A Gift for No One

Today...we're making kimchi. We finished about all of the cabbages and we had leftover sauce. 

Mom told me and Cindy to gives the extras to the neighbors and some to our individual friends nearby. 

I rolled the baby stroller with Eun Cho in it. He's still sleeping...

Cindy was all happy again. I guess she forgot about what happened yesterday.

"Oppa, we have to stop at my friend's house! He's visiting for the summer!" Cindy 'fangirls'. I groaned. Many of her friends aren't really friends. They're mostly foreigners who came to Seoul to visit as an exchange student. 

"Who is this guy?" I asked in annoyance.

"I don't know how to say his name..." She pouts. 

...then why the fuck are you visiting him...?

I groan more. "You are just like grandma..."

"Is not!"

"Is too."

"Is not!!"

"Is too..."

...

We came to their apartment and got off of the elevator. Cindy skips to their door and I waited nearby. Eun Cho wakes up and starts to whimper.

"Come on, Eun Cho...shhhh..." I pick him up from his seat and hold him. "Ssshhh, you're going to disturb everyone..."

"Oh, who are you?"

I turned and looked at the distant voice. Cindy smiles at the blonde man.

The...manager....

He's taller than Cindy. Cindy just simply waved and smiled, "Anyoung haseyo, my family were making kimchi and we had leftovers. I wanted to give some to...uhhh...." She covers her face. "I don't know how to say his name properly."

Manager nods, "Jeremy, right?"

Cindy nods, "Yes! Jeremy! His name is hard for me to say..."

Manager smiles at the corners of his lips, "You'll get used to it. Jeremy!! There's a girl here!"

"WHAT!"

"THERE'S A GIRL HERE!!"

"HOLD ON, I'M PUTTING MY-"

"SHE BROUGHT KIMCHI!"

"I'M PUTTA MAH PANTS ON!" Speaking english...

This...this is where Hidemi's staying...so...!!

Jeremy comes on, his green beanie isn't on straight neither is his hair...

"Cindy! Sup!" Jeremy leans on the door frame. Manager stares at both of them.

Cindy 'can't' help but to blush and act all...that.

"Hi!" She chuckles. "Do you want some kimchi?"

Jeremy smiles, "Aw! Really? Thank you!" 

They exchange.

This Jeremy looks like Cindy's age. He must be a player...

Cindy smiles and keeps on...talking. "How have you been? I haven't spoken to you since-"

"Yeah, since you met with CUPCAKE and me, hehe." Jeremy is playing it off.

Manager groans and walks inside the darkness. 

They keep on talking and talking. 

Wait...how did they meet? They only time I saw Jeremy is when I saw him coming for CUPCAKE and Cindy saw CUPCAKE and I had to push her inside of the car...WHAT?!
