Chat ran up to and tried to touch her with his power; she snapped out of her confusion daze at the last second and avoided him before he could touch her.

This didn't make any sence, why didn't her lucky charm work? It always worked! Why would it not be working at the time she needed it most? She had to figure out something and fast, it was all up to her now and all the luck in the world wasn't helping her now.

As Chat was running towards her she made him trip and he fell to the floor. With his hand full of Cataclysm, he made a section of the floor dissolve and vanish and both of them scattered away before they could fall through to the next floor.

Chat quickly recovered and pulled out his staff spinning it in between his fingers before grasping it tightly, ready to fight.

Ladybug looked at her weapon in her hands and she noticed they were different. They looked more glass then usual and the perimeter was a deep gold. Her lucky charm was two halfs of her yo-yo, making it useless. Unless.

She put both ends together and twisted both ends of the pieces and sure enough, both of them were split and seperated, creating a glowing stick in between them. Her own staff. Now the battle was fair.

"Oh look, bug eyes has got a new toy" Chat mocked and he ran up to her and swung his staff in attempt to attack her bruised ribs again, but Ladybug used her new staff to block his.

"Two can play at this game, cat" she hissed, and pushed his staff away with hers and attacked him while he was off gaurd. He didn't hesitate and tried to strike back, but she wasn't slow to react and blocked his attack and threw in her own.

Their fight continued as their staffs crashed against each other, blocking the other persons attack. Chat swung his staff over his head and used all his strength when he swung it back towards her, but it was blocked off by her holding her staff and causing both of their sticks to collide with each other. They both tried to push the other off but Chat ended up winning and Ladybug skidded to a stop.

Beep beep beep.

She touched her earring as if to hide the fact that she was running out of time, but Chat heard it loud and clear and put on a evil smile as he saw his chances of winning increase.

She had to make this fast, if she couldn't end all of this chaos now it could be too late next time. She ran over to him picking up speed and tried to strike him down but he spun his staff fast enough to make a shield for himself and her staff backfired off of it. He stopped spinning his sheild and glared at her, challenge covered his face; she took it and attacked again, he tried to block off her attacks but she ended up hitting the staff out of his hands, crashing against the wall and shirnking back to its normal size.

Now he was the one defenseless.

But that didn't seem to bother him as he began to thow punches at her. She used her staff to stop his arms from reaching her and tried to fight him off. As she swung her staff at him, he caught before it could collide with him and as she tried to pull it back, she noticed his eyes again, she didn't know how, but somehow, they were worse then last time, they were even darker and narrower, full of death, destruction, hate and revenge. He was getting worse.

Another chime from her miraculous reminded her of her own problem, this had to end and fast. She turned the baton between them, making sure that one end hit him in the chest, and she jumped and kicked him to the ground.

"You're running out of time bug!" He said, his voice rough and out of breath as he picked himself up.

"Yeah, and you're out of time!" She spat back as she held out his bell for him to see. Before he could attempt to snatch it out of her hands she threw it to the ground and raised her leg.
