Abby's P.O.V
Curiosity was always my bad side. I had to at least take a look, I mean if he didn't mention it I wouldn't need to be going in right now would I. So in reality it's his own fault.
I walked over to the door and twisted the door handle.
It opened and I closed my eyes cause I was breaking a rule and I didn't usually do this.
I then opened my eyes and peered inside looking for the light switch.
I flicked the switch and it didn't work.
I guess the light was broken? Either that or the boy didn't like light.
I checked the time on my phone.
It was 10:40 already!
"Oh god" I said to myself
"Get out, Get out" I said again but my legs walked further into his room.
He will be home any minute.
I heard a car pull up and thats when my legs wanted to work.
I bolted to the door closing it slowly and ran down the stairs and into Luke and Dylan's room as the front door slammed.
"Dylan who's there" I said walking down the hall pretending like I didn't go into his room.
I mean I didn't see anything the light was off so I guess it doesn't count right.
'Yeah, keep telling yourself that but what if he finds out' I thought
"It's just Jacob" He said turning to me as I walked down the stairs
"Oh okay" I said and walked back over to Dylan.
I ruffled his hair.
"I'll see you later, yeah?" I smiled
"Bye Bye Abby" He smiled turning off the tv and walking towards the stairs
"Get some sleep" I said as he walked up the stairs and he turned and we both started laughing.
He waved goodbye as he continued his journey up the stairs.
I walked into the kitchen and over to the sink.
"What are you doing" A deep voice scared me
"Washing up the plates" I said
"Why" He asked
Is he stupid?
"So you guys don't have to" I said
"When you leave, lock the door behind you" Was all he said and walked up the stairs, He smelt strongly of a women perfume but I ignored it.
"A thank you would have been nice" I quietly mumbled as I put the two plates away and pulled my keys out of my pocket.
I opened the front door and locked it behind me, walking over to my house. I kept wondering what I did wrong and why he was angry and weird all of a sudden.
He wasn't like that this morning.
I opened up the front door, locking it behind me and walked up the stairs turning the light off and then walking up to my room in the dark.
I turned on my bedroom light and closed the door.
I took off my shirt and then my pants and put an oversized shirt on and walked over to the window seat.
Pulling out my laptop, I looked over and saw Jacob lying on his bed staring up at me. I looked at him and looked away getting off the window seat and closing the blinds.
