Leaving for a while

I've decided I'd go back to Louisiana again for a while... There's nothing for me here except work. Ross can't even look me in the eye anymore.

*sigh* I sat on the couch in the living room and put my head in my hands as my elbows rested on my separated knees.

"Max what's wrong? You've been depressed these days." Tim said patting my back softly.

"Nothing... Uh. Tim I'm going to Louisiana again in a few days... Cover for me alright?"

"Why?"

"Uh.. Ross... He can't look at me in the eye and it hurts to see him with red. So I'm going to get my mind off things for a while."

"Oh, okay. Want some Mac and cheese?"

"Sure." Tim got up and went to the kitchen. The sunshine in my heart drifted away and now there's only dark clouds that show no sign of leaving.

~few days later~

"Bye Tim.." I said as he dropped me off at the airport.

"Bye." He waved from the inside.

My plane left and I was in my way to Louisiana to see my family and old friends....

Ross POV

"Where's max?" I ask as Tim walks through the front door.

"He just left to Louisiana." He said calmly.

"Oh... With out saying goodbye" i mumble.

"Get some sleep. It's 11:40" Tim said as he walked to the bathroom to wash up.

"Yeah.. Okay." I slowly trailed to my room and collapsed on the bed, almost instantly falling asleep.

"I miss you..." His words echoed in my head as I fell into a deep slumber.
