Shay's POV
At the beach
The kids had been at Gabby's and Casey's place while Severide and I were at the beach. We were both swimming and having fun in the water before going to play in the sand.
Severide's Pov
I made a heart for Shay which had our initials in it. I enjoyed spending time with my girl since we couldn't do much of anything anymore.
Shay's POV
To finish our day of fun we had us a mini picnic and then we watched the sun set. Severide held me close as we watched the sun set. I was happy that I got to spend this whole day with him without any distractions.
The next day
Severide's Pov
Gabby's place
When we knocked on the door Gabby's mom answered she told us everyone was still sleep but the twins has just finished eating. Instead of waking up Gabby and Casey we grabbed the twins and their stuff and was on our way back home.
Sorry I haven't updated n a while I was busy. But now it's summer and I'm ready to write all day and night.
