Stay (Jimmy Fallon Fanfic)

Ch. 6

The tv is still on when I wake up. Nothing has changed. Jimmy is still asleep beside me, and he's still half naked. Wow, he looks good.

He must feel me staring because he wakes up. A smile spreads across his face and I get lost in his beautiful eyes.

"Morning." He says. "I got you to sleep." His voice is deep and soothing.

I laugh. "I guess so."

He rolls out of bed and grabs his phone.

"Shit." He says biting his fingernail.

"What?" I ask.

"Nancy," He looks scared. "She.. she knows I wasn't at Higgins'. She tracked my phone and found I was here."

Oh my gosh. What do I do?

"Does she know you're with me?" I ask.

"No. But I'm pretty sure she suspects something."

He runs to the window and looks out into the parking lot.

"She's not outside." He says.

"What are you going to say."

He takes a deep breath. "I will just tell her that I needed to get away for awhile and I spent the night at a friends house."

"Sounds fair."

He throws on his tshirt and coat and puts on his shoes. Before he leaves, he bends down and kisses me, deeply. I don't want him to pull away, so I grab his neck.

"Hey we are trying to pull this off, not make it any more obvious." He says.

Right. I pull away. "I love you Jimmy. Thanks for coming over."

"No problem. Love you too. Oh and take the day off."

He leaves and I just now realize it's 11 oclock. I made him late.... Well it is his show. He can be as late as he wants I guess.

It's short. I know.... but I kinda needed to write this chapter. It'll tie together later.
