Bidding Adieu

Adieu to all the pain,

Adieu to the suffering,

Adieu to whatever YOU gave me,

Adieu to the dire feeling.

Thank you for all you taught me,

Thank you for making me stronger,

As I move to the next phase,

I can now strive longer.

Adieu to the old paths,

Welcome, the new road,

As I march on forward,

I am but an empty vessel.

Everything left behind,

It all seems trivial,

As I alleviate my chest,

And move to something bigger.
