Dean : on the lips. He always tells you how soft they are.
Sam : on the forehead. Him being taller than you, he likes to kiss you on the forehead and then rest your head on yours while wrapping his arms around you.
Castiel : on your nose. He would cup your face then peck your nose.
Lucifer : Lucifer would kiss you on the cheek making you giggle. He loves your cuteness and says thinks are adorable when you giggle ( of course he never admits he said that in front of people ).
Gabriel : he would kiss your sholder when he would hug you from behind. You don't even know why he likes it, but he just does.
