The sun was shining more pleasant than usual down on Skyhold. Considering the usual exhausted and worrisome atmosphere that came with the looming threats of red Templars, the blight and a man once thought dead striving to ascend to godhood, this was a superb change of pace for all who resided in the fortress. Meanwhile, a qunari woman had been reading over a mediocre novel that could be described by even the author himself as "Smutty garbage at the bottom of the waste bin". She didn't even like it much, more so she was studying it to make sense of why her seeker companion was so infatuated with the series. The bit with the knight-captain was good though.
Adaar shut the book and placed it atop her wardrobe. "That was awful." She muttered to herself feeling that she had wasted her time but was still slightly amused by how absolutely corny it had been. She sighed and arose from her bed proceeding to exit her quarters to the throne room. All around her were hushed conversations, some glancing back at her.
The poor quality novel had reminded her of a problem the horned apostate had been dealing with for a long time now. She had fell for Lady Montilyet, the Chief Diplomat. Adaar felt very conflicted by her feelings, what would people say? How would she tell her? Could she even tell her? The inquisitor had managed a handful of advances whenever they spoke but it seemed like the message never got across to her.
Adaar knew of someone who many help. The specific person being one of her most treasured friends in thedas. Not only that but to bluntly put it, the gayest elf in all of Orlais.
