We are soooo sorry that this was late, this was a very hard chapter to write. We hope you enjoy!

*early May a few weeks before finals*

I sighed, leaning back on the desk chair. I don't know how we went through the whole school year without our computer. It didn't have anything from college on it, but it was Percy's and my's shared computer from high school.

I'd expected a few missed messages, as it held SeeMeNow, which is basically skype but a lot less popular, but sadly one of the only things the school would let us download because you needed a valid student ID and a teacher's. What I didn't expect to see was 2,589 missed calls from Percy's account. I guess when we had packed up the computer he hadn't logged out of his account. I knew that I shouldn't look to see who they were from, but it was killing me.

Almost all of them, save for about twenty, were from the same screen name. Which I recognized as Percy's online girlfriend. Well, ex now, since he is so obviously head over heels with Annabeth. I'd have to ask Percy how she took the break up, as she seemed like the type of girl to be really cool with it or go bat shit crazy.

I can always ask him later, it wasn't that important that I would call him when he was studying with Annabeth.

While I was doing my home work on the computer, my SeeMeNow app pinged.

Blackjack is online

I blinked my eyes, that couldn't be right. I clicked on the pop up as fast as I could. Sure enough there was a little blue star by his username.

I started typing furiously. I thought he was dead! Not responding to my calls or masses of messages. Damn him for not having a phone yet.

Where the hell have you been!

I knew I shouldn't respond, I really did. But I was so desperate to know what happened. So I typed back.

Collage, sorry

I thought you were dead you idiot! You can't just leave without telling me something like that! Which one did you accept anyway?

I knew that I shouldn't give away Percy's information online, especially to his ex. But I was a bit bored lately and could use the drama.

Rachel and I talked for a while, skirting the fact that Percy, who she thinks is me, is her ex. She asked if she could come over that week. That's where I finally had to draw the line. I couldn't have her come over. Surprisingly, she seemed to take it well and even added a winky face to the end of her message.

I glanced at the stack of papers next to me. It was time to stop procrastinating and study for finals.

I smiled and leaned back on the couch in the back of the library. It was the perfect spot to study, no one ever went here, or at least that's what Annabeth said. Gods knows how she found it. You had to go through a maze of bookshelves filled with masses of dusty old nonfiction novels. Annabeth just looked exasperated. She shook her head and covered her face with her hand. I knew that she just did that to suppress and hide her smile.

"Percy, you know you can't write your final paper on the historical significance of cookies." She crossed that off my idea list. "Why Ms.Brown needs to get married?! Percy!" She tried to give me a stern look, but just ended up laughing.

"See!" I said, "It's true." I nodded, proud of making Annabeth laugh and that she thought my idea was valid. I loved the way her nose crinkled up and how she would put one hand on the bridge of her nose when she laughed.
