Hey guys! I'm sorry all the characters keep getting more and more out of character, and this chapter is pretty bad too. Sorry! Also we are so sorry that we are publishing this late, it's getting close to the end of the year so we have MCAS and tons of projects, so chapters won't be that frequent.

Annabeth POV

*A day later*

"You're going to have to listen to him sometime." Piper said pointedly through a mouthful of chips, this was Percy's fifth call this afternoon.

"One, don't talk with food in your mouth and two, no I don't. I seriously can't handle anymore drama. He has proven himself untrustworthy." Turned my back to her, feeding Charlie a spoonful of applesauce.

"Just cause he's a little forgetful?" Piper swallowed her chips.

I knew what I was doing was wrong. I really should give him a chance to say his side of the story. The more I thought of it, the more it mirrored my situation. But then these were two vastly different things.

"Piper, if he can't even remember that he has a girlfriend, one how do I know that he won't forget I'm his girlfriend?!  And what if he just 'forgets' to keep Charlie a secret. I can't handle that being out again." I silenced my phone and put it in my pocket.

"Luke wasn't an accident, you know he did it on purpose. Percy couldn't possibly forget something that big." She took another handful of chips.

"And having a girlfriend isn't important at all." I responded sarcastically, turning back to face her.

"Annabeth, it must have been a misunderstanding." Piper pleaded, taking Charlie's applesauce and placing it on the counter and grasping both of my hands in hers.

I felt a tug in my stomach, it wanted me to pick up the phone immediately and call Percy and listen to him. My rational side said no, he couldn't keep a secret like this, I wouldn't want to burden him. I always trusted my rational side, it was rational.

"And I guess it will be a misunderstanding when he tells the whole school I have a kid." I pulled my hands back, feeling sorry when Piper's face fell.

"Annabeth, you aren't even talking about Percy anymore, you're talking about Luke. Even if Percy accidentally slipped the secret there is no way the whole school could find out. I don't think anyone would care anyway." Piper huffed, handing me back Charlie's applesauce and heading up to her room.

Piper always knew how to talk to my rational side. There was no way that Percy would tell the school, Luke meant to do that. I still don't want him to know, I can't burden him with my problems.

Not that Charlie is a problem, he just came a little early. I turned and smiled at Charlie. He made little pincer fingers and tapped them together. "More."

When I didn't get the applesauce immediately he grabbed it from my hand. I gave him the spoon to see if he could use it by himself. He knew that it had to go in the cup, but he couldn't quite get it in his mouth yet.

He whacked the cup with the spoon a few times before getting bored and trying to use his hands.

"Common Charlie, let's get you cleaned up for nap time." I picked him up from his chair, and wiped his face off with a cloth.

"Milk." He grabbed my boob and tried to pull my shirt down.

"Charlie, remember we don't do that ok?" I raised him up so out eyes were level. I was always embarrassed when I had to nurse him, also when I had to pump, which was often.

"Milk?" Charlie clearly did not get this lesson.

"Ok Charlie, but naptime after."
