"Wow! I haven't seen you thus happy since you pulled a prank on Mr. Finch and got kicked out of your last school", my mom said as I walked down stairs smiling.

"Get used to it!", I yelled and hugged her. I kissed her head, me being taller, and let go smiling. "Well what ever has got you in a good mood must be really important to you", my mom said.

"It sure is", I replied. "I'm glad", my mom replied. I put on my black hoodie and black convers. "Have a good day at school Alex", mom said. "Will do!", I yelled and walked out the house.

I walked to my motorcycle and put my helmet on. I got on and drove to school. When I got there I parked and got off. Took off my helmet, left it on the bike, fixed my hair and walked towards the school.

"What a bright smile for a bad guy", Emma said. "Well, I'm sure you heard the news", I replied putting my hands behind my head. "What news?", she asked. "He never told you?", I asked, hands falling to my sides. "Tyler didn't tell me anything. What happened?", she asked.

I think you should ask him", I replied. "Oh, well ok", Emma replied. We walked into school and Tyler ran up to us.

Tyler
I saw Alex and Emma and ran over to them. I was smiling ear to ear. Alex was smiling a bit too. "Ok! What has got you tow in such a good mood?", Emma asked. "I kissed Alex yesterday", I replied.

Emma looked shocked and then smiled. "Oh my gosh! No way!!", she yelled. I nodded my head. "We went to Dance and Shake and everything!", I replied. "Oh my gosh!! I'm so happy for you!", Emma said. "Wait, what did Skyler think?", she asked.

"He didn't like it", we heard. Skyler stood next to me glaring at Alex. "Skyler could you please stop that", I asked. Skyler glanced at me. I gulped and he turned away.

"Skyler, at least try not to beat up Alex", Emma said. "I am trying", Skyler said. I rolled my eyes and pushed Sky away from Alex.

Sky walked away to his 1st. "I'll see you guys later", Emma said and walked to her 1st. "See you at 2nd", Alex said and walked away. I sighed and smiled a bit. "Maybe this can work", I said to myself and walked to art.

Alex
"Hey Alex!", Amy said walking up to me. "Oh hi Amy. You going to join me and Ty for lunch?", I asked. "Actually I wanted to talk to you about something", she said. "Oh ok. What is it?", I asked.

"I think Tyler might think you're clingy", Amy said. "What do you mean?", I asked. "Look at this picture. You look a little clingy, don't you think?", Amy asked. I looked at the picture and I guess I did look a little clingy.

"I guess", I replied. "Exactly! So why don't you sit with me and the girls and Tyler won't think you're so clingy", Amy said. "I guess. I don't wanna make Tyler run from me again", I replied. "Good! Now, let's go to lunch!", Amy said.

She hooked her arm around mine and we walked into lunch. "You know I was talking to Tyler yesterday and he said he doesn't like", Amy said as we walked in. "Really?", I asked. "Yeah. He said he wants nothing to do with you", she replied. "Oh", I replied. Only thing I could say.

We walked over to her table and sat down. She never went back to the subject of Tyler. I guess he really didn't like me. Wow. Kind hurts. Never thought it would but it does. Wow...

Tyler
"I can't believe him!", Emma shouted as she sat down. I sat next to Skyler so she had to sit across from us. "Who?", Skyler asked. "Alex!", Emma yelled. "What did he do?", Sky asked, shoving some of last night dinner in his mouth.

"He's sitting with Amy and them. He's even making them laugh", Emma replied. "I'm sure it's just for today", I replied shrugging.

But I was wrong. The whole week he sat next to them. It was finnaly Friday and Alex decided to sit next to me. Sky and Emma sat across from us.

"Hey Ty", he said. I didn't say anything. "Ty?", he asked. "Can't you see he doesn't wanna talk to you right now", Sky said. "Ok, then", Alex said. He felt him staring at me. I turned away so I couldn't see him.

"Ok then. I'm going to go sit with the girls then", Alex said and left. I looked up at Emma and Skyler. "I'm kicking his butt later", Sky said.

Weeks past and Alex didn't come near me. He started hanging with Amy more. I even saw her kiss him on the cheek once.

Me, Emma and Skyler past by them in the hall on our way out the school. "Oh Tyler!", Amy said running over. "Hi Amy", I replied. "Can I talk to him for a moment?", she asked. Skyler nodded.

Amy smiled and dragged me to an empty classroom. "What is it?", I asked. "So Alex hasn't paid much attention to you has he?", she asked. "No. I was going to ask you about that", I replied. "Yeah! He's been hanging with me and the girls and I don't know why. Maybe becasue he doesn't like you any more. I'm not sure but it's a thought I had", she replied.

"Not like me?", I asked. "Yeah. What a shame. And you two are so cute together. And Alex said it himself too! But sometimes you got to ask yourself. Does black go better with neon, or pastel?", she said and left.

I looked blankly at the door. "Does black go better with neon or pastel", I repeated. I felt my cheek and it was wet. Am I crying? I ran out the classroom and out to Skyler's car.

I banged myself against the car and and feel. I layed there in the grass, eyes closed. "Tyler? You ok?", some one said. I looked and it was Skyler. I shook my head no.

He sighed and picked my fat ass up. Opened the car, and put me in the back. Brought us home and layed me on the couch. "Just rest ok", he said. I nodded. I closed my eyes and feel asleep.

~Nexy Day~

Tyler
Me, Emma, and Skyler walked to Dance and Shake. It was Saturday and we had noting planned. We walked in and saw Alex and Amy. Even their names fit better then mine and his.

"Oh god. And we came here to have a good time", Emma said. "Just leave it. We will still have fun", Skyler said. "I'm going to pick a song", Sky said and left me and Emma. We walked to a booth and sat down. I heard Dive By start to play and I smiled as Skyler came back.

"I sware to yah! I'll be there for you! This is not a drive by-y-y-y-y-y", Skyler sang and sat down. "Alright, we need to talk about this Amy, Alex thing. So, what did Amy tell you yesterday?", Emma asked. "She said, Alex said, he doesn't like me anymore", I replied. "NO!", Emma said. I nodded my head. "Dirt bag!", Emma said. "Then she said, does black go better with neon or pastel", I continued. "She did not!" "Did too" "I'm going to kill him" "Not going to solve anything"

"Hey you guys! did think we would see you here!" We saw Amy is a pink dress, sunglasses on her head and Alex, looking like a 1970's biker dude, walk up. "We didn't either", Sky replied. "Well now that we are here, why don't we have a chat! Yeah!", Amy said. "No thank you", Emma said. "Oh don't be such a buzz kill Em's!", Amy said and sat down next to Emma. Alex sat down next to them.

"Oh! Tyler! Can you come with me for a second", Amy said. I nodded my head and we walked out to the parking lot. "So, bad news. Alex said, he doesn't want anything to do with you anymore. So I suggest you don't talk to him or anything, or it will just make every thing worse", Amy said. "Yeah. I plan on it", I replied. "Oh well ok! I don't really have to tell you anything else then", she said and started walk inside.

"Anything else?", I asked. "Oh yeah. Well, I heard Alex is going to ask someone out but I don't know who", she replied. "Oh really. Well good for him", I said. "Yeah! Why don't we go in now. Shall we?", she said and we walked in. I sat back down next to Skyler. "Me and Alex got to get going. We'll see you later!", Amy said. They hooked their arms together and left.

"What she say?", Emma asked. "He wants nothing to do with me and is going to date someone else. And I'm sure it will be here", I replied. I felt a tear roll down my cheek. "Oh, I'm so sorry Tyler", Emma said. "I'm done! I want nothing to do with him, if he wants nothing to do with me", I replied and layed my head on Skyler's shoulder. What a bad way to start my weekend.
