Chad POV

--_Me and my kids out at the county fair. I'm watching chad and Queen on the jumper sling shot.

"Wook wook Dada " queen yelled as she bounced higher. I smiled and clapped cheering her on. "Go my babeh". All the other parents around looked at me and laughed. I didn't care though my babeh was happy so I was too.

When they got off they seemed tired.

"Yah hungry" I asked. Both shook their head vigorously. I chuckled and walked them to a table and ordered food at the food stand next to it.

When I came back with the food. King seemed a little off so I asked what was wrong.

"I miss ma mama" he sighed. I pulled out my phone and called up Alexis. I handed him the phone. All I could her was yes and mhm from kings end. Then he ended the call with "I Wove you to ole lade" I chuckled.

While they ate Queen kept trying to give me some of her food. "Dada you no hungy?" She frowned. I shook my head no.

I know that alexis must be low on food because since my kids came to my house Thursday and its now Sunday they been eating like they ain't ate in days.

"Y'all going back wit y'all mama tonigh or in duh mawnin"

"Tonigh" queen sprung but king said the opposite. I nodded my head. I didn't mind dropping her off.

We eventually left after they ate we had been at the fair since 11am and its now 7pm.

I walked up the stairs to Alexis apartment while queen knocked. She opened it and queen jumped onto her. "Hey my babies" she boasted as she kissed king and held queen.

I walked in and closed the door. She put queen down and ushered them to go bathe.

"King going back with me he can bathe at my crib"

"Why he doesn't he want to stay he been with you half the week". She frowned.

"I don't know I asked dem both queen said she wanted to come home but he didn't want to" she looked down at him and he walked off to his room.

"Can I ask you some Alexis" she sighed and nodded

"Honestly Do you need help?

"What do you mean ?" She asked defensively

"I mean as in bills or food or some."

"Why"

"Because my kids been eating like they haven't ate these last few days and they usually get full, so " I trailed off

She looked down shook her head.

"I um- I been a little low on food but I do what I can chad, and no I don't need help. I can handle it"

"Get the kids and let's go"

"Wea we going"

"Mane do what I said guh" I groaned I grabbed my keys

I went downstairs as I heard her locking up the door and king and queen following down.

We all got settled in. I drove to Walmart which was around the corner.

"Let's go" I chanted making lexis roll her eyes.

We walked inside. I pointed to the grocery cart I grabbed moving so Alexis could control. "Handle this cart its empty"

"Ch-"

"Alexis" I said sternly "walk every one of those damn aisles and get every item food whatever the hell my kids want and need do it NOW"
