"So, what about my parents... I don't remember doing it to them." I say frantically. "My parents may be gone forever just because I killed Them at the wrong time!" I begin to hyperventilate.

"My parents are most likely gone too, it's fine though. All they did was fight anyways..." Percy replied.

"Same, but I still loved them..."

"I know, but it's not like we could wait around all day for one of Them to mabey change into your parents... It's better we just did it all at once, trust me." he pulls me into a hug with him and we stand there for what feels like hours.

"You know," he whispers in my ear, "if you close your eyes tight enough, we can be home. We can be at home or school or prom or at dinner or the movies, anywhere you want."

"Mmhhm." I hum into him.

"And I would be parading you around because you are just so fucking awsome. And I would be living off the smell of you hair... Well, the normal smell, not the smell of it now. No offense!" he jokes.

"Hey! You know, you don't smell so good yourself!" I laugh.

He backs off a little and grips my shoulders and stares into my eyes. "Your eyes are beautiful... I don't know why I never asked you out sooner, I always had a bit of a crush on you..."

I blush up and look down to hide it, "me too," I whisper. With that he places his pointer finger under my chin and lifts up my head, forcing me to look into his eyes.

His eyes slowly shut and he exhails loudly, "I have dreamed about this... I mean not the whole alien shit... But you and I." he leans in to me for a kiss, but I back my head off a bit.

"I- uh- I've never actually kissed anyone before..." I tell Percy. He opens his eyes and smiles, "Well then, I guess I will just have to teach you..." and he slowly leans into me and grazes his lips lightly against mine.

"I can't find her!" I hear Reece shout in the distance, disturbing my almost first kiss. He runs up to us, his eyes red and watery. "I- I can't find her... I looked through all of them..." he sighs roughly with pain in his voice.

Percy clears his throat and speaks, "I'm sorry bud. I know how much she actually ment to you. Did you find anyone we know?"

"Yeah, a lot actually. There are still a couple hundred people, but they're all so confused about what's going on."

"How are we even going to get home though? We have no car or anything." I ask.

"Walk, I guess... The sun is setting so we should move fast and hopefully get to a city before nightfall." Percy answers.

"Okay, now the only question left is which direction will be the fastest to a town?"

"Well we drove coming from the west and didn't pass a town for miles, so I say we go east."

"Wait, we drove here? Then what happend to the car?" Reece asks, joining in the conversation.

"Uuhhhmm..." we laugh, "you blew it up." we say pointing to the wreckage.

He looks over to the car bits, still slightly on fire, "huh, didn't notice that... Sorry about your car Quinn, I'll buy you a new one when we get home."

"It's fine, now that I know it wasn't really you driving." I say and then it all goes quiet for a minute or two.

"So Mom is dead, Dad is dead, Percy's parents are dead... Ashley and my baby are dead..." Reece says, dragging us back on topic.

I inhale and shout as lound as possible, "If you want to survive, follow us! We will get each and every one of you home safely!" to all of the survivors. They glance at me confused, but actually do walk over to us because they don't have a better plan.
